Shadow has dark grey/black scales with light grey wings and undertones. His dorsal spikes are the same color: light grey

Shadow is pretty tall and has large wings and a long tail. He can be a pretty commanding presence if he wants to, but he usually prefers to be a bit more in the background and go with the flow.

Shadow is pretty chill and pleasant to be around. He's very relaxed and comfortable around his friends. He loves hugs, and is a great listener. His presence tends to calm people.

Shadow is motivated by love. He really cares about the people in his life and wants them all to know that. He'd do anything for his friends, which he basically considers family.

Shadow sometimes gets a bit overwhelmed and can have trouble making decisions and getting work done. He gets stressed pretty easily and sometimes panics because of this.

Shadow is really great at holding conversations. Talking with him is so easy and never gets old. He is an excellent listener, and great to just vent to, much like Misty.

Shadow loves trying new food, listening to music, drawing and sketching, and hanging out with his friends.

Shadow is kind, funny, happy, loving, and empathetic. He's a great friend and extremely nice and respectful. He loves to laugh and joke and just chill out. He loves his friends and isn't afraid to tell them how much he appreciates them (he's especially famous for his tear-inducing birthday cards). Shadow is very trustworthy and all of his friends feel so happy to have him in their lives.

Shadow is a citizen of the Sea Kingdom and also works on small projects there using his animus powers to help improve the lives of the SeaWings.

Shadow finished all but his last year of education, at a public school in the Night Kingdom.

Shadow's mother died when he was 4. After this tragic loss, he began hanging out with some of the other orphaned dragonets to help him cope, and this is where he met Moonlight. The two became fast friends and basically siblings. When Shadow was 10, he moved to the Jade Mountain Territory with Moon. After several years of living there, the two met Earthquake and formed a small little friend group. After the war began, Shadow and his friends, after meeting Misty and Scorpia, began living in the Rainforest. Shadow fought in the Sea Palace attack, the Ice Kingdom assault, and the SkyWing surprise attack. It was here that he revealed to the world that he was an animus when he healed Misty and Queen Topaz and stopped the war so he could talk out a truce with the queen. After this, Shadow flew to the Sand Kingdom to meet Scorpia, who had successfully defeated her mother and claimed the throne. Shadow enchanted a crown for her, before moving to live in the Sea Kingdom about a year later.

Shadow loves to sing. He's definitely not the best singer and he knows this, but that doesn't stop him. He also enjoys dancing, and just music in general.
