Shimmer's scales are dark grey with undertones of bright magenta.

Shimmer is somewhat short. She's thin with long legs and a long snout. Her wings are medium-sized and she has long horns.

Shimmer is strong and confident in a quiet way. She holds her head high and her wings folded tightly that demands attention. She doesn't say much, and when she does it's in a quiet and gentle voice, but people always stop and listen. Shimmer is brave and kind and would do anything for her family.

Shimmer is motivated by her want to be respected in society. She's respectful and strong and many people look up to her. She's logical and smart but also a good listener and regarded by members of her town as a good person and excellent role model.

Shimmer has such an excellent image and a flaw of hers may be that she tried to push that image onto her young son, Shadow, as well. She might have paraded him around a bit too much when she first had him, but it was only because she was proud of her new dragonet.

Shimmer is a talented singer and gets many gigs in the Night Kingdom for her talent.

Shimmer enjoys singing, drawing, hanging out with her family, and meeting with her friends.

Shimmer is confident, quiet, strong, brave, and well-respected. She is a mentor to many younger dragons and an excellent mother to Shadow. She has a stable job and healthy marriage. Everything in her life seems to reflect her personality perfectly. Organized and happy. Shimmer is neither optimistic or pessimistic, but is instead a realist. She plans for the middle ground and does very well with stress and negative emotions.

Shimmer has graduated school and continues to read educational books and scrolls for fun.

Shimmer grew up in the Night Kingdom and has lived there her whole life. She was a straight A student and exceeded everyone's expectations when she became such a kind and successful member of society. When her son, Shadow, was 4, Shimmer was caught in the tragic palace fire and died. She was mourned by the whole town and her grave received more attention and flowers than any of the other casualties.

Shimmer's life was so important to so many people, that nearly one third of the city turned up for her funeral.
