Tulip's resting color is a coolish-petal pink.

Tulip is short and round. She has short legs and a bit of a short and stubby tail, but her eyes are very kind and her eyelashes are oddly long and beautiful.

Tulip is cheerful and kind. She loves her friends and Kumquat very much and is great at showing her affection through kind words, genuine compliments, and hugs. Her scales shift quite frequently and she doesn't like to try and hide the colors that wash over her with every feeling and emotion.

Tulip is motivated by fear. She is afraid of losing those she loves, but most importantly, she's afraid of no one truly knowing her.

Tulip can be a bit of a pushover and doesn't always stand up for herself or her friends. She's scared of confrontation, and doesn't like to speak her mind when she knows people who disagree will hear it.

Tulip is great at genuine compliments that make people feel good and actually mean something.

Tulip enjoys decorating, talking to friends, and hanging out with Kumquat.

Tulip is sweet and fun. She likes to laugh and hang out and go on long walks or flights with friends. She loves flowers of all kinds and often will just randomly give people bouquets when she comes to visit. Tulip likes the ocean, swimming, and watching the stars. She loves to appreciate the beauty of nature and share it with her friends as much as possible.

Tulip has graduated school.

Tulip was born in the outskirts of the Rain Kingdom. She moved to the capitol when she was 16, and after establishing a job as the town florist, she met Kumquat. The two fell in love and were together for many years. Tulip died trying to protect him in the SkyWing battle.

Tulip's favorite flowers are lilies.
