Similar to her husband Leon, Olivia was not only a Gaelenian noble but also an experienced military archer. Well versed in Gaelenian politics and noble manners as well as her prowess with the bow, Olivia proved to be a valuable asset on and off the battlefield.
Olivia met Leon at a ball when the former was 23. A romance blossomed between them, and the two married three years later, with their only daughter Lindra being born later that year. When Lindra was 8, the family adopted a 5-year-old Ameran girl named Shannon who accidentally got sent overseas after she was separated from her family. They decided to raise her alongside Lindra as their own daughter, training her to become a noble. However, not long after this Leon's father, the former head of House Swanthorn, passed away, leading Olivia to ascend as the house's new leader alongside her husband.
Olivia proved herself as an expert noble, easily running the estate while her husband was away on military duty. In contrast to her husband's sternness, she was a kind and doting mother towards her two daughters, as they grew to become well-respected nobles.
However, Olivia also chose to continue her military service, and like Leon, she rose to become a prominent general alongside him. She was often known for her stern, yet kind hand in guiding her troops, though she was noticeably more gentlehearted than her husband.
As customary of many Gaelenian noble families, Leon and Olivia both trained their daughters in weaponry as part of the girls' noble upbringing. The latter taught her older daughter Lindra the bow, training and sparring with her daily and gradually molding her into an expert archer. Despite this, she did not wish for either of her daughters to join the military due to its dangers and tried to keep them away from it as much as she could.
