Elaina was born with the ability to move things with her mind and generate force fields. Since her earliest moments, it was a problem for her parents to keep it hidden. When the time came for her to go to school, she was, of course, home schooled. Over the course of eight years learning at home with her parents, she finally harnessed her powers and learned how to use them without drawing attention/control them. However, as her teenage years progressed, she began to use her telekinetic abilities for idle reasons. But her one rule was that she would never use her powers to cheat in sports, which was something her parents condoned. Even without using her powers, Elaina excelled in volleyball and was given a scholarship to a prestigious university because of her achievements. This was around the time that a mysterious threat arose and she realized that she needed to do something with her gifts.
