Marcus Aidan Prince
Some of the upper executives call him Mark, but he much prefers Marcus.
His alias is Cyanide, which Malcolm picked out for him so they could match. Personally, he hates it. (It's because he's poison! Also, cyanide kills immediately with no fanfare.)

Metahuman - mostly human species born with a recessive gene that, when activated, gives them superpowers in their adolescence. People may be carriers of the metahuman gene without it being active, but in this case, Marcus has an active metahuman gene that activated when he was 14.
He doesn't really know how to be casual at this point, so everything he wears is very formal, or at the least, business casual. He does enjoy turtlenecks, but they're paired with nice blazers, slacks, and dress shoes.
Like his brother, his casual wear is pretty formal already, but formal for him is work-wear, so he trades his turtlenecks for button-downs and ties.
He was born into a very rich family, so he's casually classist.
He's also an opportunist though and will side wherever he gains the most.
Malcolm says he has OCD, but he doesn't. Sue him for wanting things to always look perfect.
He also has one hell of a gambling addiction.
He likes to lead conversations, so if he's a passive participant, he'll either force his way in or just leave if he decides it isn't worth it.
He's extremely blunt and forward, so if you're dancing around something, he will call you out on it. You can't get away with lying to him.
Like his brother, he has a habit of running his hand through his hair, but unlike his brother, he just washes his hair more often instead of complaining that it never stays clean.
Plain and simple: money & power.
His body releases pheromones that cause the people around him to fall under his control. It's similar to Madeline's ability, but it's weaker and is therefore easier to resist. He can however make it chemically and alter it, like make it stronger.
His powers don't last long if the person he's controlling isn't in his vicinity for very long. So sure, he can have an entire room of board members vote him in, but they'll constantly be asking each other if he even deserves to be there.
The main difference between powers like his and powers like Madeline's is that it’s not total control. It’s a lot more like a Nat 20 on a Charisma check with a little extra kick. This also means his powers are much stronger or much weaker depending on the victim (i.e. they’re stronger on his father & professors with no experience dealing with powers as opposed to members of the League)
His powers also don’t work at all on people with similar powers (Madeline, Payton, Malcolm, etc.) but if Xavier weren’t as evil-mastermind-y, they would probably work on them.
He's a workaholic and gets very focused on his work, which causes bouts of intense insomnia.
He likes investing in the stock market and gambling.

December 22 (he's the older twin by a few minutes)
He was born in Manhattan, NY and still resides there.
He has a high school education and recently graduated from Colombia University. Unlike Malcolm, he actually did his work and somehow managed to balance it with his work for the Prince Medical Institute.
He was born into the same rich family that Madeline was, and similar to her, he was barely paid attention to as a child, at least not by his parents. He never felt the need to act out because he had Malcolm with him, but he also learned that if he stayed in the background & out of trouble, he'd have a better chance of running his father's medical institution one day. He slightly regrets abandoning Malcolm, but he knew it'd be worth it in the long run.
His mother Naomi died when he was ten, and it deeply affected him. Their father was already slowly but surely inching him and Malcolm apart, since their mother had raised them VERY side by side, and Naomi dying seemed to drive this wedge between them that only got worse with time.
He was 14 when he discovered his powers by accidentally firing a waiter at his favorite restaurant (sure he deserved to be fired, but he didn't think he'd literally make it happen right then and there).
He thought relationships got in the way of his company domination, so he avoided any attempt of romantic or sexual connection.
At some point, Malcolm forced him to get a girlfriend, but it really just ended up with him teaching her how to play chess and then brainwashing her into forgetting him altogether so that he wouldn't have a weakness.
He had a much closer relationship with his father, Everett, than his brother Malcolm did, most likely because he had more of an interest in the family business, but it seemed to sour after his mother Naomi died. They were still close, but it seemed very transactional. He had a fairly strong relationship with his twin brother Malcolm, although it wavered a little in the middle, and he dropped him entirely when he went off to form the Phases.
Madeline is also his cousin. He really couldn't give a shit about her unless she had something he could use, which she did, but...she's dead now.
the family has a few dogs
He was one of the newer members of the Legion before it disbanded.
Not a ton, just cheating with gambling.
The public rather likes him, considering his position as the youngest member of the board of directors for the Prince Medical Institute, but they also really don't know much about him.
Alexander O’Connor (Rex Orange County) - Television/So Far So Good

Malcolm: Oh yeah, kinda dry tho, wouldn’t recommend

Malcolm: That didn’t mention aliens once.
Marcus pre-canon: Now that I have your attention-
Malcolm: You don't have my attention.
Marcus: Adam Aris.
Malcolm: I'm listening.

Supervillain & member of the board of directors for the Prince Medical Institute
He's relatively conservative considering his family background, but he's also queer and hates the government, so take that as you will.
He doesn't follow any specific religion.
He's planning on achieving world domination through his father's hospital facilities, because if Malcolm can formulate a version of their pheromones & make them stronger, then he can put it in medications and casually brainwash anyone in the hospitals.
He likes to think he's smart with his money, but he's also one hell of a gambler.
He was very aware the Legion did not like him & his brother. He did not care. He was warming up to Payton & Jason though.
- He refused to join the Phases with his brother, and instead now casually runs the New York mafia.
