He's travelling in a group, who has been instructed not to tell him about certain things about the world (but he finds out anyways cuz he's a curious little shit). So "what are those weird noises?" turns into "wHAT THE SHIT" and I don't know where to go after that.

Shock for sure, a minor freak out would be reasonable, but at the same time it depends on how you want the scene/Prince to be perceived by your reader. If you want it to be funny that would be entirely different from how you would write something more serious.

xD this sounds like something that might happen. Like, he goes to visit a new town and hangs around the tavern too long. He ends up being taken back to this woman's house and she's getting ready. Then he just sorta sits up and pushes her away slightly saying "no thank you" or something along those lines. She gets confused at first but suddenly seems to get an idea, and turns her genitals into a male's (yes there is a certain race that can do that).
