there's… a lot of ways 3 people or more can do the dirty (depends on the male/female ratio though). If its 2 girls and one guy, the second chick will either just play with the other two and then get her turn, or both girls work at the same time on the guy (theres a lot of options here);
if its two guys on a girl, they either share the girl at the same time, or the second guy is having his fun with the first dude, while hes on the chick.
