I'm just come out and say that I don't think kids under high school age should be writing smut. Not anything against you guys, but you don't really have a true understanding of the act and how it can impact your characters. Besides you are writing for your particular age group, kids shouldn't be reading that…

I honestly think that if you're writing it you're ready to think that way. If you work up the courage to sit there and unabashedly write about sex, there's some degree of 'readiness' in you

i don't think it's abt whether you should as much as it is about not understanding certain aspects of it and how it will probably be rushed and shitty
