Liam placed the sauce on top of the noodles then brought the plates to the table.

"It looks so good! We did a great job, didn't we?" Aubrey asked, looking to Liam with a smile.

(Funny thing, my fam and I ate spaghetti for supper today. Lol.)

"Yes, we did." He replied, smiling back.

(I've only had pancakes for breakfast/lunch…)

(Oh, yum!)

"Now, let's eat, shall we?" Aubrey gestured to the food and the seats.

Liam pulled a chair out of her, "Please, I feel I haven't eaten for days… wait… I haven't." He said, frowning a little.

Aubrey smiled wryly, thanking Liam as she took her seat. "Yeah… At least you're here now. That's all that matters, right?"

"Yeah, that's true." He said, taking the seat opposite.

"And we'll get your memories back," Aubrey said softly, almost as if it was more to herself than Liam.

Liam nodded, "Slowly, but they're coming back."

Aubrey looked up and gave Liam a small smile. She glanced back down at her plate, grabbing picking her fork up and starting to eat.

(Should we skip to the end of the meal?)

Once they were finished, Liam started to clean away the plates.

"Let me help you clean up," Aubrey offered, standing up and starting to help without waiting for a response.

"You don't have too." He replied filling the sink with water.

"Yeah, but I want to. I enjoy helping people with things," Aubrey said. "What if you wash and I dry?"

"Sounds like a good system." He said, handing her a tea towel, the starting to wash the first plate.

(Skipping because I'm tired and washing dishes is boring. Unless they get into a soap bubble fight…)

Aubrey died the last dish and put it away. She leaned against the counter and sighed, smiling.

"Well, that went by faster than I thought it would," she admitted.

He smiled, "Yeah…" He smirked and looked down at the soapy water, he picked up the sponge and threw it at Aubrey.

Aubrey gasped as the sponge hit her in the arm, and she shot Liam an incredulous look.

"Hey!" she exclaimed, picking the soaking wet sponge up from the floor. With a smirk, she tossed it back at him.

“Aha,“ he ducked out the way and it it the wall, “You’re gonna ruin the paint!” He said, throwing another sponge at her,

"You started it!" Aubrey exclaimed, laughing as she dodged the next sponge Liam threw at her. She threw it back at him, aiming for his chest.

It hit him, and he was drenched, “My shirt!” He exclaimed. Grinning, he ran up to Aubrey and gave her a hug, getting her clothes wet too.

Aubrey squirmed in Liam's grasp, laughing as she tried to get out.

"Hey, no fair! You started it, you should have to pay the consequences!" she exclaimed as she laughed.

“Nope, if I’m going down, you’re going down with me!” He said, holding her tighter but he eventually fell onto the couch, still laughing.

"Hey!" Aubrey exclaimed as she was pulled down with Liam. When she landed on top of him, she blushed slightly and pushed herself up, laughing her awkwardness off.

He smiled at her and sat up, laughing a little, “That was fun.”
