(Yeah, please feel better.)
(Heya~)
(This isn’t Altrince, I’m his roommate. I go by the name of Orion)
(Here’s just a quick update on his health. Silver’s currently at a local hospital to check on what’s going on. I don’t know what it’s called in English but he’s experiencing what we call ‘weather fever’. He’s getting better faster than I expected and he should be back in a few hours… hopefully)
(Anyways, that’s it, he just told me to post this here. Bye~)
(~Orion~)
(Aah, thank you so much for the update! I'm so glad to here he's getting better.)
(Guess who’s back—! :D)
((Thank you Orion for the message left))
”Hey Jon, do you know where… he is?” the doctor asked, his voice a bit shaky at the pause.
The kid looked confused at first but then answered.
”I think he is at the Gardens” the child answered, his tone a bit nervous but still maintaining a smile.
The doctor smiled, patted the kid’s head and turned back to Hinata.
”If you’ll excuse me, I’ll need to go” with that, he ran down the hall and disappeared in the shadows.
(Stay with the group?)
(Follow the doctor?)
A chilly mist started to cover the hall of the maze that Kye and his partner were in. Soon, a figure revealed themself amongst the mist. They stopped when they found Kye on the ground. Their immediate response was to kneel down and touch Kye’s body.
”Oliver…” the figure muttered before they started transferring some of their own magic into Kye’s body, attempting to wake him up with the warm sensation.
As Jade stepped through the portal that closed soon after, she would see herself in an ice rink, one that looked as if it was made for skating. It was quite cold in the rink, possibly close to the negatives, and it was quiet… as silent as a pin drop the place was.
(Asking the right questions here I see…)
The figure gasped slightly before smiling just faintly. He then flipped his palm so Adara could see the back of his hands. There was a symbol, a purple one, one of a longsword with four sets of wings; two were open and were on the handle while two were closed, covering the sword’s blade.
”For us who have decided to devote our ‘lives’ to the Labyrinth as a Knight, we will be given this imprint on the back of our hand; a sign of loyalty, and a curse in itself. This symbol, as stated by several of our upperclassmen, blocks our views the memories we had when we were alive and replace them with new ones which could be related or completely unrelated to who we are know… meaning, this symbol could have changed the person as you know it. Those who were kind could now be sociopathic and vice versa” the former Knight explained.

Kye woke with a start and instantly felt someone touching him. Panicking he spun around on his back catching the figure's arm, and flipping his legs around the figure's neck. Then he twisted around again practically tieing both himself and the figure in a knot. But one quick movement and this person's neck would be snapped.
Kye, calm down. We don't know if this person is friendly or not. From what I saw they were trying to help.
I can not see anything right now.
Still, calm down.
The images are not stopping. Gelion I do not know what to do.
You could start by letting this person go from your death hold.
(Glad you're okay!)
She blinked at the mark. "Oh. Why would that happen? Just so that the Knights would be completely loyal to the Labyrinth?" She shook her head, relaxing ever so slightly, although her eyes were brimming with irritation. "It's like…" her mind tried to grasp that Earth word for a seemingly peaceful society on the outside, dangerous within, but nothing came. "Never mind."
(I'm so happy you're better!!)
Hinata nodded to Cassius, watching him go. She wondered who this "he" was, but she didn't ask, seeing how mentioning this person made the others nervous, and she definitely didn't follow. If she was being honest, she really was looking forward to seeing Matthew. It has been a while. When she couldn't see the doctor anymore, she turned back to the others with an unreadable expression.
The figure who had caused the mist to come down was a tad bit surprised when Kye came waking up in that kind of manner. Not that it mattered to them though, as the figure turned themself into a cloud of aura and out of Kye’s grasp, reforming back into their physical form about two feet away.
They muttered a spell to themself to which blue caduceuses appeared in their eyes.
”Status ailment Cancelation…” the figure murmured as a cloud of aura, similar to the type they turned into, covered Kye’s eyes, removing the illusion caused by the previous Knight.
(Thanks~)
”In all honestly, that’s basically what it is” the Knight sighed.
The patient who was on the bed was starting to move around uncomfortably, perhaps annoyed by the conversation.
The Knight noticed this…
”Maybe we should leave this room, we wouldn’t want him screaming in our ears now do we?” the man giggled a bit at his own words.
(Thank you~~!)
Kasai nodded and let Jonathan down before the boy smiled, sending the group a goodbye and ran off.
The two foxes sighed at the sight a bit before both of them turned back to their animal forms; Kori stood on Kagami’s shoulder and Kasai on Hinata’s.
”Matthew’s just up ahead, the room to the right down the hall” the ice fox claimed, sniffing ever so often to follow his master’s scent.
Adara shrugged. "It wouldn't bother me, but whatever." Her mouth twitched slightly at the corners, and she shook her head to clear it. She moved toward the door, then stopped. "What's your name, by the way?"
”Matthew Syrain, former Knight of the Labyrinth and currently a dimensional zookeeper so to say” the man laughed a bit when he told Adara his current job. It was really a job anymore, he was just doing it more fun now. He moved towards the door as well, being the one to open it.
”You want me to take you on a tour?”
(Follow Matthew?)

Kye jumped backwards snatching up the knife he'd pulled out earlier, and facing the person in front of him. He looked on the verge of a panic attack, if he wasn't already having one, and he was breathing hard. Gelion appeared in front of him again. He glanced at the figure with an apologetic look before looking at Kye again. "Kid, calm yourself. You are useless to everyone, including yourself, like this. Thank this person for helping and continue doing what you were doing, before puppet man attacked," Gelion sounded like a father scolding their child. But him being right there where Kye could see him, seemed to be helping calm Kye down to a point of relaxing him a bit.
"There are animals here?"Honestly, Adara wasn't even surprised anymore. "Fine. Show me around." She was hoping to find a way to the portals, if no one would show her.
”A Knight with puppet strings attacked him, right? With mentally distorted needles?” the new Knight asked. His eyes showed kindness to quite a high degree. They were showing golden caduceuses, ones which were glowing and mystifying to look at. His hair a straight yet wavy and asymmetrical blonde setting, his irises an oceanic blue.
Matthew nodded and started outside. He stopped when he stepped out from the room, turning to the left and sniffing the air.
”Looks like we have company” as he said that, his cat jumped on his shoulder and a loud thumping sound came from the left hallway. A distorted creature, around eight feet tall and four feet wide composed with five to seven human heads and decomposed organs came around the corner and crawled towards Matthew and his pet.
”Hello Composed, looking rather healthy today” the Knight reached out and petted the one of the monstrosity’s head as it purred loudly, seemingly satisfied.
(Matthew’s not as adorable as before, just sayin’ :/ @SwimwithGamers_HATES_NIGHTMARES )

"Yes," Gelion nodded. "A little dirtbag if you ask me." Kye had started focusing on his breathing, counting how many he was taking rather than trying to slow them down. He found that that helped better. The image flashed in his head again, now very fresh in his mind. He closed his eyes wishing that it would just go away. He felt like that child years ago. The one that had been betrayed by his only "friends" and left to die in a huge cave system. The one that had to watch as the place he'd called home slaughtered his mother and chased him from it. The one that watched countless people come into his life to try and help him only to die later still trying. He felt like that kid that was trapped in a different labyrinth, with a feeling of constant threat and danger, and endless days of torture.
"Gelion, I am not sure I can keep going," Kye breathed.
The Knight sighed before the caduceuses in his eyes faded away.
”As much as I want to tell you where the exit to this place is, the regulations don’t allow me to. Not until you satisfy its rules that is” the Knight claimed as he circulated the cloud of aura around them to reform inside his body.
”The name’s Carlsen, by the way. Carlsen Faltur, an currently active Knight, host of the ability ‘Aura Keeper’, I’m willing to help the best I can” the Knight stated with just the faintest of smiles.
Gelion nodded and turned back to Kye. "You know I dislike when you get into these situations and all, however, I refuse to see you give up," he said slightly moving to the side of Kye. "That first time you give up is going to be the time you die, and I don't intend to let it be here."
Kye looked a little shocked at what Gelion said but didn't comment on it. Instead he nodded and let his eyes, travel slowly to the ground. "Yeah," he muttered. "Yeah, we need to keep moving." He looked at Carlsen. "If you really are willing to help than if you could help us find the way out of this part of the maze that would be helpful enough."
The Knight nodded subtly as he turned towards the dark hallways. The number above Kye was ‘16’, much less than when he first got there.
”I’m sure the other Knights won’t like me for this but I’m not one to see anyone innocent die, definitely not by one of my comrades” the Knight claimed as he started into the hallway.
The environment changed ever so often. Soon, they would come across a hallway which was decorated in gold. At the end of the hall, a pair of doors can be seen. The Knight pushed the doors opened and revealed to Kye and his demon ‘companion’ what was on the other side.
A wide and vast area, with areas of buildings and open spaces scattered around. It was a beautiful scenery to say the least.
”I cannot assist you from here on until I’ve finished my patrol, I hope you understand” the Knight stated before he turned back towards the maze.
”Excuse me” the man said as he went back into the maze, ultimately closing the door.

Kye watched the Knight leave. Gelion had disappeared again, and had gone quiet. Likely trying to recover from having used some much energy on the shield and then having been out of Kye for so long. Kye was left to his own devices, a thing that did not happen often. It seemed so much quieter now, eerily quiet. Part of Kye wanted some odd creature to jump out of nowhere and attack him, that seemed to be the normal of his life and it was something that he knew how to handle. But at the same time if all the things here had abilities like the puppet dude, he did not want to fight them. There was only one other thing that he didn't want to run into, especially while in another labyrinth.
(First of all, Kye is a lot of things, but I'm afraid innocent ain't one of em'. Second, is Kye currently in the Golden Hall? Or does he need to get there? Cause that would be the place I want to explore.)
(Well, innocent… as for now and in Carlsen’s view)
(He currently outside. If you wanna explore, just open the doors behind him again :P)
(Ooooooo I can't wait till you learn that part of his backstory. Evil smile.)
(Also yeah that's what he's gonna do.)
Kye ultimately decided to go back into the hall from before to explore. He studied the odd patterns on the walls, and looked at the different doors through the halls. He also noted what the walls were made of, in case he needed to make a fast exit at any point.
Within the hall which was colored to a golden state, there were four doors; one which had a large Ruby implanted in it and had humanly groaning sounds coming from what was behind it, one had a Topaz implanted in it and had sounds of heavy and eerie breathing coming from it, another had an Emerald implanted in it which had the sounds of metals scrapping, and the last had a Sapphire implanted in it accompanied by… silence… complete silence.

(Well, I mean… this is the Soul Labryinth; it ain't gonna be all sunshine and puppy dogs)
(And is it wrong that I laughed when Matthew called the creature Composed?)
"Got it," Hinata said with a nod of her head. She started down the hall, Kagami falling back to walk with her. After a few moments, though, Kagami started fidgeting a bit. Hinata was just so slow. After hesitating a moment, Kagami darted forward, running ahead. She never had been one for waiting. Hinata raised an eyebrow, making sure Kagami didn't leave her line of sight. Due to this, Kagami spotted Matthew first, not yet noticing the others with him.
"Hi~!" She said happily, barely keeping her voice to a reasonable level. Then, she spotted the creature next to Matthew.
"O-Oh." She didn't recognize this one. She didn't seem frightened, though; just surprised.
