On the big screen within Serena’s office, some tables of experimental data were fully filled out. First one was of the Knight named Cassius, the other of a Knight named Sorsha.
”Cassius after receiving the ‘chemical’, as expected, showed less signs of reasonableness and as a result, showed aggression towards people crossing the lines between them and his family” Serena read the documents she had which was supported with the data presented on the big screen.
”Sorsha, on the other hand, was calmer when she got the ‘chemical’. She had been said to be more critical when it comes to her thinking process and doesn’t act as aggressively as she used to” the researcher stated, showing another image, one of the ‘chemical’ she talked about.”Now, we need two more test subjects and I don’t really know who might be interested”

(Suggest two Knights to Serena)
Hinata nodded along, thinking quietly.
"What about Jonathan?" She asked. She tried to think of someone else, eventually coming up with a face.
"And… Aisen? That was his name, right?"
The female figurine turned towards the sound.
”You need something? If not, I have to go somewhere” the female’s voice was hurried and was anxious.
Jade nodded and explained vaguely "I am looking for a lost soul as is someone else"
(Being alive is always good after going through some hellish training :D)
”Jonathan? Oh, the kid who works with Cassius. He might be excited. Aisen’s fine too, Sorsha took the ‘chemical’ after all” the scientist replied as she arranged the documents on her table. She coughed again, this time she was covering her mouth. It seemed like it was getting worse but she didn’t exactly show any other signs of illness.
”Well, if you’re free, can you go look for them for me? I’ll need to prepare the ‘chemicals’”
”So am I. I wanna help but sorry, that’s none of my business just yet” the female quickly said as she ran down the field. More likely than not, the person she was looking for was in trouble.
(should we be concerned about that user name?)
"Sure thing," Hinata said. Once again, Serena's cough worried Hinata, but she said nothing. She turned and made her way towards the exit, off to find Jonathan and Aisen.
(perhaps…)
Matthew soon followed though Serena held on to his sleeve for a bit.
”Hmm? What is it?” Matthew asked.
The scientist muttered something under her breath, a bit too soft for anyone to hear.
Once she realized that she couldn’t say what she wanted to without worrying someone, she stepped back and gave both her brother and his friend a goodbye with a cheerful smile before going back to her desk.
Matthew blinked a bit before he turned to Hinata.
”Let’s go”
(YOU CAN'T KILL A CHARACTER! IT'S ILLEGAL, AND NONE OF US EVER DO IT!!!! Actually, that's a lie. Also, I don't know what to do…)
(I CAN KILL WHOEVER I WANT, WHENEVER I WANT!! Anyways, maybe you can have Ada wander randomly, I can figure something out.)
(NO YOU CAN'T! I WON'T LET YOU! Not that I can so anything about it, but I can still fruitlessly try to stop you.)
What had that noise been, earlier? Adara shook her head in confusion. She still didn't know what had happened to Matthew, when he had disappeared, and after gettin absolutely no answers from anyone on what was going on, she had left.
(There’s nothing you can do to stop me!!)
(evil laughter cues in)
As Adara would head down the laboratory’s hall, she would come across one figure, one that looked like an actually Knight.
They had a Knight’s helm on, one that looked like a red Heart while their body was covered with a metallic scarlet-colored armor with sharp edges and an equally red leather cape. Only their mouth was revealed pass the solid protection.
They walked in the same direction Adara was walking from.
”Greetings fair madam” they said to her when they passed by.
She scowled, thinking to ignore them. Seriously, what was the deal with all these 'Knight' people? She glanced back at the Knight, trying for a smile, although it came out weak. "Hi…"
”Oh what’s with the low energy? Broke up with your boyfriend or somethin’?” the masked figure teased with a small chuckle at the end. They slowed their pace down to better copy that of Adara’s.
"Or something," she muttered, not incredibly interested in telling this stranger about her miserable love life. Or anything about her, for that matter.
The Knight giggled a bit.
”Oh come on, don’t be like that. I won’t bite so don’t worry” they claimed, getting out a sharp crimson shaded dagger and throwing it up and down.
”What’s your name, sweetheart?” they smiled teasingly as they turned to Adara.
"Bet you stab, though," she grumbled, eying the knife. She was half tempted to steal it from him while he threw it, but decided against it, for now. "I go by Ada."
The Knight shrugged before the dagger’s tip landed on his index’s tip, causing a small bleeding to occur.
”You read through me” the Knight laughed at the first part, their laugh a bit psychotic.
”Well, nice to meet you dear Ada. Hopefully, you and I, named Royal, will be able to get along” the Knight replied with a soft grin.
When he cut himself, Adara couldn't contain the smallest of smirks. Amateur. Her hand darted out to steal one of his daggers, because they were pretty, and sharp, and she was bored. She grinned at him. "Would you even want to get along with me?"
”Judging from the fact that you look as psychotic as I am, I think I’ll take the chance. I mean that in a good way, by the way” the Knight waved his hand at the dagger Adara was holding as it disappeared from her hand to appear again in his. He continued to throw the dagger up and down.
”What’re you doing in the Labyrinth anyways? This place is for the dead but you don’t smell like a corpse to me” the Knight asked.
"Hey. I wanted that." She scowled at the dagger, but didn't try to grab it again. It wasn't worth it. "I prefer the term psychopathic, thank you very much." She flashed him a wolfish smile, showing her teeth. "And what I am doing here is my business, so I'd take care not to ask questions about it, if I were you." She flicked her fingers slightly, fire sparking in her eyes.
Royal flipped the knife in the air so that it would end up in Ada’s hand when it landed.
”Fair enough” the Knight readjusted their helm so that it would fit him perfectly.
”So, Ada dear, you know anyone here?” the Knight asked calmly, whistling with delight while looking at their nails.
Kazumi turned back towards the plain and having both of the horses; both the one he was on and the one Kye was on, to follow him.
”Of course… a lot, actually” he answered and added quite simply. These Knights didn’t seem to enjoy about their pasts very much.
Kye shook his head, and decided to change the subject. "Where are we headed?"
The throw was slightly crooked, and would have landed on her fingertips, so she brushed it out of the air, twisting the dagger around in her hands, eyes gleaming to have a real weapon again. When he asked her, her hand spasmed slightly, and the dagger fell to the floor. She flushed and picked it up. "Y-yes, I do," she said after a long moment.
”To a place furthest from any cave systems in the Labyrinth; named the Corpse Plateau” the Knight replied casually. That name might have lit up curiosity sparks in Kye if he was indeed interested as to where the name came from.
(well, if I made all the Knights enjoyable it wouldn’t be so fun now would it…?)
The Knight who called himself ‘Royal’ noticed the slightest change in Ada’s facial expression. He thought he knew what she was thinking about and he didn’t entirely support that idea.
He then grabbed her by her wrists and pinned her to the wall, asserting dominance over her. His tone dropped to a sadistic level as his lips showed a scarily inviting grin.
”You have someone you hold dear here… hmm?” before she could do anything, the Knight knocked the dagger away from her hand and leaned in closer to her, a bit too close for comfort.
(It would absolutely not be. I would be so disappointed in you if they were all enjoyable.)
The moment he touched her, even though it was grabbing her wrist, Adara tensed. "No, I don't," she said in a strained voice, trying to hold back anger, and the first flashes of fear. In her world, she had been respected and feared. Here, no one knew her. When he leaned toward her, she pulled her face away, but the back of her head hit the wall.
"Let me go," she said, disgusted with herself at the quaver in her voice. "Now."
