Thatcher arched a brow but thought nothing of it. He walked up the stairs and unlocked the door to his apartment before going inside.
Thatcher arched a brow but thought nothing of it. He walked up the stairs and unlocked the door to his apartment before going inside.
The cat stretched out a paw lazily.
Thatcher went into the kitchen and set the cat down on a counter top. What would the cat eat anyways? Small pieces of chicken, maybe?
It looked around curiously, twitching it's head around, sniffing and taking in it's surroundings.
Thatcher took out an already cooked chicken breast. He then grabbed a knife and sliced a few pieces off of it. He put it on a plate before setting it infront of the cat.
The cat looked at him curiously. Then began to tear the flesh apart.
Thatcher watched the cat dig into the chicken. He licked his lips, running a hand through his hair. He took his aviator style glasses off and cleaned them on his sweatshirt before putting them back on.
The cat finished a piece, licked it's lips and looked up expectantly.
“More?” Thatcher asked. But he scoffed to himself. Cats can’t talk. He cut up a bit more chicken and set it onto the plate.
The cat turned away disinterested. It hopped of the counter to explore the house.
Thatcher arched a brow. He decided to keep the chicken there incase the cat got hungry later. He stepped arounf the counter to watch where the cat would be gping and what it would be doing.
(Take control of my cat. It's just wandering the house. What's in his house?)
Looking back down at the counter, Sinon scooped a few bullets out of the box that was near the case that the gun had come from, loading them and repeating this until the clip was full. Finally having everything set up, -after around six minutes of trying and failing to do so- she raised the gun, making sure to keep it at arm's length and fired. The first shot completely missed the target, while the second landed on the outer edges and the third nearly making it within a few inches of the center ring. Despite having on the headphones, she could still hear quite a bit of what was going on, -though most of it was just loud bangs- thanks to her unusual sense of hearing.
It could be a lot worse. She thought, raising her arms again and firing.
About an hour passed, everyone was content with their shooting and it had become a bit of a pattern. Sadly, her lessons were only an hour so she had to break it up. "Okay, everyone! This has been a good hour, but it's the end! I need everyone to clean up and take off your gear." Aria yelled/ instructed.
Turning around to briefly listen to the pink-haired woman, Sinon pulled off her headphones, not bothering to take her hair out of a ponytail since there were two sections on either side that mostly covered her ears. So, it's been an hour already? She thought, replacing the gun back into the case and backing away from the counter.
( @Topaz~ ?)
@Topaz~ , as I had said to the others, it's been two days since your last reply and soon I'll be opening your spot back up.))
@CW_ShadeStar, since I opened Topaz's spot back up do you care if I put Sariel back in around James? ))
(Sure.)
Backing the rest of the way out of the aisle he was in, Sariel took what he had to the counter before leaving with a small plastic bag. Seeing as it was still relatively early in the day, the sidewalks and roads were busy, with a group every few yards that weren't moving, whether it be in the road or on the sidewalk. There really isn't any point in going home right now. Sariel thought, continuing down the sidewalk only to stop in front of a string of shops. One of which, he noticed had an Open sign on the front door.
On a large window to the left of the door was the name of the shop. Pushing open the door and walking in, he walked to the counter. After scanning over the signs hanging behind the counter, Sariel told the girl what he wanted and then went to wait at one of few tables that didn't have a group of people around it. This has probably been here for a while, and I haven't noticed it a single time. He thought, staring blankly at a table.
The café just had to be short staffed at this very moment. James got called to take an order out and was met with a familiar face. He cleared his throat and walked over to the girl from the subway who was totally a forest sprite. He had a smile on and dropped the order off, "Here you go ma'am. Though I never expected you to drop by here. Mind if we talk again?"
Looking up, Sariel saw that the man from the subway had brought what he had ordered to the table, rather than one of the servers he had seen running around the room. "Oh, hi, you work here?" Sariel asked, remembering that he had left the subway under the excuse that, he had something he needed to go do.
He's going to start asking questions again, isn't he?
"Yep, I'm one of the managers here," James sat down figuring that the other workers could handle everything themselves. He kept his eye on the girl, "I never did manage to catch your name. What is it anyway?"
(Sariel is a guy by the way,)
Nodding a few times, he said, "It's Sariel, what's yours?"
(…Sorry I forgot.)
"James," he responded with a nod, "Though an appropriate nickname for you would be Sprite, or am I wrong?"
(Awkward)
No worries,))
Up until the last of what James had said, Sariel had been listening and responding with the usual blank face. "Sprite…?" He said, before sitting the cup that he had down on the table and deciding that it would be pointless to continue to lie. "Yeah, I guess if you know about them then I am obvious." He said, quickly pointing to James' hair. "But you were lying this morning, I saw them on the train before you put up your hood."
