Belle flashed a smile at their new guests, pulling her attention away from her child. "Hey guys. Glad to see you could make it."
Cooper hadn't seen Belle in a very long time and here she was… "No chance I would miss this,"
Ryan looked up, just now realizing people were here. He immediately looked back down at his daughter.
Lillian stuck next to Darren as she eyed Cooper, "He wouldn't, at least I hope not."
"If he does, I am not his babysitter," Darren sighed. "So, what went… 'bad',"
She rolled her eyes with a smile. "No surprise there." She sat up enough so that the other three could see her son. "This is Matthew and the thing that Ryan cannot pull his eyes away from is his twin sister Delilah."
Ryan didn't even falter, "Delilah," he smiled with tears running down his cheeks.
"Can, can we not talk about this now?" Lillian asked him quietly. She wanted to focus on Belle, and Matthew and Delilah apparently.
"Can, can we not talk about this now?" Lillian asked him quietly. She wanted to focus on Belle, and Matthew and Delilah apparently.
"We can wait, of course we can." Darren sighed and leaned his head back against the wall, "Sorry for everything,"
She could help but chuckle at his tears. "See, this is why I called you guys. I need someone to be mentally stable whilst we're not."
"You're, you're here that's all that matters," Lillian responded looking up at him.
"I am mentally stable, she's just beautiful," his eyes glowed blue for just a second, Convel recognized the child as his own. Delilah's eyes echoed Ryan's, lighting up and fading back to normal. "Uh-oh…"
"Uh oh what?" Cooper looked up as if it was his own child in danger, "What did you do to her?"
"Cooper, relax. I figured they'd both have some powers considering ours but I wasn't sure what. It seems that Delilah has the same werewolf gene as her father."
Ryan sighed, "I don't understand how she born with the gene activated," The werewolf gene in genetic, both the babies should have it but it has to be activated which is done by killing someone. Ryan looked up at Belle, hoping she would have some answers.
"Don't 'Cooper relax' me!" Cooper looked at Belle for answers too although he couldn't hide the disappointment on his face when it was confirmed that they were Ryan's kids.
"You're, you're here that's all that matters," Lillian responded looking up at him.
"I'm staying out of this.. I knew something was going to happen, I just assumed it would be at the fault of my brother. The night is still young I guess,"
She glanced between the two with a blank stare. "Why are you both looking at me? I don't know how this stuff works, I don't know either."
"Yep, and it's going to be a long night," Lillian let out a sigh.
Cooper walked over to Ryan, "My turn," He said in a joking tone as he took Delilah from Ryan's arms gently. This normally wouldn't have phased him but his eyes lit back up a bright blue. Convel wasn't happy about this and as much as Ryan had control all day, he could feel himself slip away.
"Ryan…" She gave him a look, knowing he was slipping but desperately not wanting him to cause a scene.
Ryan bared his teeth, 2 sharp K9's formed in this mouth. Cooper just chuckled, "As if you could do any harm to me," He was too confident, "She wouldn't let that happen,"
"Yep, and it's going to be a long night," Lillian let out a sigh.
"Would you look at that, he started something. I'd almost rather not be here for this part."
"Yes, well, if anything happens," Lillian took a deep breath, "You're probably going to have to break it up. I don't think Belle would have the energy to."
"Unfortunately, you're absolutely correct." Darren shook his head, "I'm tired of babysitting him,"
"Maybe not but you need to stop giving him the incentive to do something. Reminder, I just gave birth. I don't have the energy to do anything other than stay awake and breathe."
Ryan looked over at Belle with a sad look in his eyes as the light faded back out, "How are you feeling?"
Cooper chuckled. He was under that impression, even now, that Belle had feelings for him. He handed Delilah to Belle.
Belle took Delilah back before flashing Ryan a warm smile. "Honestly? I'm exhausted. Twelve hours of labor will do that to a person." She laid back with a sigh.
