"Unfortunately, you're absolutely correct." Darren shook his head, "I'm tired of babysitting him,"
"I kn- figure," Lillian told Darren. She knew of how they acted before they both disappeared, she didn't what life was like after.

Belle took Delilah back before flashing Ryan a warm smile. "Honestly? I'm exhausted. Twelve hours of labor will do that to a person." She laid back with a sigh.
Ryan reached his hands out for his son, "Trade?"
She shook her head with a soft laugh. "You're ridiculous. But of course. When you've seen one, you must see the other."

"Let me know when you want to get out of here," Darren took a step toward Belle but still kept his distance, just enough so he could see the babies.
She shook her head with a soft laugh. "You're ridiculous. But of course. When you've seen one, you must see the other."
Ryan fell into the same trance he had with Delilah, just staring. "How long do we have to stay in the hospital?"
"Well, if everything comes back normal in the morning then we can leave tomorrow." Belle cuddled her daughter in her arms, smiling softly.
Ryan never looked up from his son's blue eyes. "Good, because I'm excited to go home… Right Matthew?" he grinned as the baby closed his eyes, almost immediately falling asleep in Ryan's arms.
Belle rolled her eyes, nuzzling her daughter's nose. "You better be prepared to be spoiled rotten, my little princess, because your father will not have it any other way."

"Okay," Lillian fel herself drawn towards the kids, just cuase they were babies and adorable.
Ryan sat down in a chair he had pulled next to Belle's bed. "damn straight," he too fell asleep quickly while still cradling his son.
"That man is pathetic," Cooper said under his breath, hoping no one heard him.
Belle shot him a glare with a frown. "I heard that. You can take yourself and your unwanted opinions out that door if that's how you're going to act."
"Belle," he sounded apologetic, "I haven't seen you in how long… the least you could give me is a hello," He stared at her intensely with that charming Anderson smile on his face.
"Okay," Lillian fel herself drawn towards the kids, just cuase they were babies and adorable.
Darren was being a background character because he doesn't want to babysit Cooper and he's struggling emotionally. "I'll be back, I just need to step out," Darren almost ran out of the room and straight into the parking lot.
"And the least you could do is not insult my husband in front of me but we all can't get what we want, now can we?" She raised an eyebrow at him with an unimpressed look.
"In my defense, I forgot you have good hearing," Cooper started, "And who gets that bent out of shape about something so small. I mean, he was really going to hurt me for a second."
(Coop been SIMPin for this girl for years)
"Maybe so but you were also taunting him when he was clearly losing control. So you've been a thorn in my side since you walked in here."

(I mean, who blames him)
Lillian lasted less than a minute in that room before following after Darren. She didn't want to seem like a stray puppy just following after Darren, but without him the building felt suffocating.

Coop sighed softly before stepping forward and kissing her forehead, "All things aside, I really am happy for you," he looked over at Ryan and shook his head, "I mean about the kids,"

Darren was rested against the cold bricks of the hospital wall, staring out into the parking lot through the tears in his eyes.
"I'd certainly hope so." She gently petted Ryan's hair with a smile. "But I'm really tired so I think it's time for us girls to head off to sleep, if it isn't too much trouble."
Cooper paused for a moment, he allowed a slight break in character, his emotions seeped into his expression for just a split second. Something that said 'I love you, sleep well. Please don't forget me.'
"It's no trouble," He said returning to his charming smile, brushing it off like it was nothing. "I'll see you soon,"
Lilian stepped out of the building and saw Darren, "Um, you okay?"
Darren look up at her, "Yeah. Thriving." He wiped his tears away as if he could pull off not being upset. "Just getting some air,"
She nodded politely, pulling the hospital blankets up over herself and Delilah. "Thanks." She snuggled down into the sheets and promptly fell asleep.
