"Sure," He pulled out a bowl and preheated the oven, "So what? Are we going to sweep Susan's home tonight?"

"Well, I think if we…" She blinked, "…kill anyone else, we have to get rid of the evidence. As for Sarah, I don't think there's anything we can do."

"Just hope to God the police don't catch us," He started pouring the ingredients in, mixing them as he goes.

She stopped pacing. "Are - are you making a cake?"

"Yes," He replied simply, continuing making his cake.

(Sorry that took so long, dog has something she shouldn't X)
"Fine time to be making a cake," she muttered, continuing to pace.

He shrugged, pouring the mixture into a pan that he put into the oven.

"Maybe we should go declare undying loyalty to him or something," she said sarcastically.

"Yeah, alright, we just go deliver this cake, write 'Sorry I'm a fuck up' on it and maybe he'll let us in," He said with the same amount of sarcasm, leaning against the counter while he waits for the cake to bake.

"Okay, good idea, but what if he doesn't like cake, or thinks we poisoned it?"

"We eat it and cry as we're shot."

Against her will, she let out a small chuckle. "Oh man, we're so screwed if we can't fix this…"

"We really are," He said looking down, he had an idea but if the place was really bugged then it wouldn't be a good idea, "Wanna take a walk?"

"Sure, if you wanna burn the house down."

"Well, I mean in a bit. Then we can get changed and we can take the cake out before we leave."

She wondered why he suddenly wanted to go out, but only for a moment. "Okay, sounds good."

(Guess who has to go, tis I, goodbye)
"Cool, I'm going to get changed then," He said walking into his room.
