"Think mister Ringo will be there today?"

"Think mister Ringo will be there today?"
(I couldn't think of its name)
"One way to find out," He said, walking to the door.
(I'm not even sure it has a name)
"Oh look, he's here." She pointed him out, sounding relived.
"You ready?" He asked, burying his hands in his pockets.
(I think it's called the latch)
She worked her shoulders, and sighed. "Ready as I'll ever be."
"Let's do this then," He said, approaching the bar and taking a seat in front of Ringo. He gave him a little nod that Ringo returned.
"We're ready," Juliette told Ringo, smiling at him. "Is the boss here?"
"In the back," He nodded to the door, "Knock. If he's free he'll let you in."
"Okay, thanks," she said, whirling around and heading towards the back, where she knocked on the aforementioned door.
(Do you want to be the Boss?)
(I can, is it a girl or a guy? I'm totally fine with being a guy)
(You can decide)
(Okey-pokey)
"Come in," a smooth, masculine voice called.
Drew glanced at Juliette before opening the door, making a loud creak he cringed at.
(Which room is this again?)
(The back room, with the small table and chairs and file cabinet)
A surprisingly normal-looking man sat in one of the chairs, his feet up on the table. He was examining a file.
Drew wondered if he should say anything before settling on a "Hello," with a small wave.
The man glanced up. His eyes were brown, his hair light blond. He was wearing a plain t-shirt and cargo shorts. His face was blank.
Put off, Juliette swallowed, and also waved.
"We want to join your organisation," He blurted out, realising it may have sounded a bit informal he added a quick, "Sir."
He raised an eyebrow. "Really."
"Uh, yes." He said, crossing his arms.
"Are you the boss we've heard about?" Juliette asked, searching his face.
He smirked at her. "Yes. And who are you two?"
Drew had many responses he wanted to say so bad but he settled with the responsible one, "I'm Drew Tucker."
