“You’re such a tease,” Vaughn mumbled softly. He loosened up at the feeling of Kaz’s hands on his chest. His ribs felt bruised from the incident a few days ago, so this felt nice.

"It's not like you can't do anything yourself," Kaz hummed against Vaughn's jaw before trailing his lips to the crook of his neck. He began to work a slow, gentle hickey into the skin, thumbs rubbing over Vaughn's bruised ribs soothingly

Vaughn’s cheeks flushed and he let out a sharp breath. He opened his eyes and watched Kaz, chewing on the inside of his cheek. God, Kaz looked so good like this.

"You were supposed to take that as an invitation," Kaz murmured against Vaughn's ear before pressing a kiss to the side of his jaw. He began to work another hickey into the skin right below Vaughn's ear, moving slowly while he kept rubbing at Vaughn's ribs

“I know, I know.. If you keep that up, they are going to notice the marks, and I don’t think they’d let us to home therapy then,” Vaughn pointed out. He gave Kaz’s backside a playful squeeze, chuckling quietly as he did so.

"Oh, it's only one little hickey. No one will notice, especially if I make one right here," Kaz said in response, smirking lightly as he worked a small hickey onto Vaughn's collarbone, right below the collar of his shirt

It was the perfect kiss. Soft and subtle, like a fleeting summer dream. Maybe no moment was exactly perfect, maybe love just happened on its own? Luka ran his hands through Axel's soft hair, pressing against him and causing the wheelchair to retreat just a little bit. He broke the kiss, hovering his lips just a few inches away. "You beat me to it."

"I guess I win," Axel shrugged, chuckling lightly as he smiled. He looked up to meet Luka's gaze, leaning closer as he felt Luka's hands run through his own hair. For the first time in a few months, he actually felt comfortable.

"It was a contest? But you kissed me, so I guess I stole your heart first." Luka was just a tiny eensy weensy little bit competitive. The air was cold around them, but he felt all warm inside. Like a melted popsicle.

"True. I guess you won that," Axel nodded, humming softly in thought as he studied Luka's features. He leaned forward again and pressed his lips against his again, this time a little harder than the last.

He let out a little squeal of delight and then flamed red, pushing back harder and wrapping his arms around Axel's neck. Thank god his lips are better than a frog's.

Lana watched Thorn watch the movie. Lana had already seen the movie once before, but it was different watching it with Thorn. Seeing the excitement in her eyes made her smile.

Thorn glanced over at Lana. She met her eyes and beamed. This was amazing!

Lana grinned at Thorn. She looked so happy. She entwined their fingers, holding her hand tightly.

Thorn felt Lana's interwind with hers. Her smile grew as she continued to watch the movie.

Axel broke the kiss after a few moments, pressing a soft kiss against Luka's jawline before pulling away and moving his hoodie's sleeve to cover the blush on his cheeks. Something in his chest warmed at being so close to Luka, but it still felt unusual to like someone so much.

He was actually at a loss for words for once. Luka focused his gaze on Axel's eyebrow, clearing his throat and placing a hand on his cheek, trying to cool his face down. "I knew you were the one," he whispered, a small smile played out on his lips.

Vaughn shuddered softly, scratching his nails lightly on Kaz’s back. He gave Kaz a gentle nudge, rolling so he was hovering over Kaz now. He pressed a few gentle kisses against Kaz’s jawline, smiling against the skin.

Kaz’s smile only widened as Vaughn rolled on top of him. He continued to rub and scratch at Vaughn’s back lightly, humming faintly as he did so

“I missed seeing you when I was stuck in that place, you know,” Vaughn mumbled against Kaz’s skin. His lips trailed to Kaz’s neck, taking his time as he moved down it.

“Yeah?” Kaz asked softly, tilting his head back a little to give Vaughn a bit more access. “Life’s pretty dull without you, too,” he mumbled. He could go on for hours on how much better life was when Vaughn was around, but he knew he had a tenancy to ramble

“Dull? I would have said peaceful.people have said I can be stressful,” Vaughn murmured. It didn’t bother him too much what other people thought about him. Now if Kaz thought that about him, then he was sure he would just be destroyed on the inside.

“Baby, you’re the most non-stressful part of my life,” Kaz assured him. He couldn’t believe anyone could think badly of him. Vaughn was a hero, for god’s sake

Vaughn hummed softly, smiling at that. Kaz’s reassurance was enough to calm him, just so he knew he wasn’t causing Kaz any anxiety. He shifted Kaz’s collar area of his shirt aside and sucked a small hickey at the base of his neck before moving back up and pecking at his lips affectionately.

Kaz shivered slightly at the hickey, but he couldn’t help the smile that spread across his face at the kiss. “If anything, you’re one of the few things that keeps my stress away,” he mumbled, wincing at how dumb his words sounded once they had left his mouth

“Really? That’s very reassuring to hear, actually,” Vaughn said softly, a bright smile beginning to form. He kissed at the edge of Kaz’s lips lightly, hands rubbing at his waist gently.

Kaz giggled a little at the kiss, smiling up at Vaughn widely as he moved a hand up to run through his hair. “I love you,” he said softly, pecking Vaughn on the nose happily

Kaz loved him? Sure, he hadn’t been with Kaz for long, but they had been friends for a good amount of time before that. He felt like he was able to trust Kaz enough with his feelings, didn’t he? “I love you too,” he said, tone slightly hesitant.
