"Healing magic works wonders," Kaz mumbled, letting a soft sigh escape him as Vaughn massaged at his neck. The hand around Vaughn's back moved up a little, rubbing at it lazily. He hadn't felt this relaxed in a long time, not without alcohol or his medication
“Do you have any extra sets of glasses?” Vaughn thought to ask, his tone softer now. He thought that Katz may be more comfortable if he was able to see better. He moved his hand to Kaz’s lower neck, continuing to rub.
Kaz frowned lightly in thought, trying to muster the brainpower to think of whether or not he had spare glasses. "I…think so? Maybe? But if I don't I've got some dumb contacts from however long ago that I think have the same prescription," he finally answered, moving his hand to slip it beneath Vaughn's shirt to rub at his back
“Do you feel like checking, or do you just want to stay in bed for a bit longer?” Vaughn asked, pressing himself against Kaz’s touch in a wanting way. He sighed softly, head resting back against the pillow.
Kaz thought for a moment before an idea crossed his mind. He had tried it once with the TV remote out of sheer laziness, but he was sure Vaughn wouldn't care if he gave it a go. He cracked an eye open, looking for where the small case that had his contacts was on the dresser. He frowned in concentration for a moment, and there was a series of violet arcs of electricity that zapped the case through the air until it bonked Kaz on the forehead. He laughed a little, moving his free hand to fumble with the case. He opened it, squinting slightly at the violet-tinted contacts
"Why wouldn't I be sure? You're cute enough to . . . " Luka reached out for Axel's hand, intertwining his own fingers between Axels. " . . .Kiss?"
"Is that a question or a comment, Luka?" Axel teased, a crooked grin spreading across his face as he looked down at Luka's hand. He glanced back up, a nervous smile replacing his grin as he shifted in his wheelchair.
"Maybe an action?" Luka held an unwavering gaze towards Axel's lips, smiling awkwardly and hesitating. What're you waiting for? He would go in at the perfect time.
(See ya.)
"I don-I don't see much action happening," Axel answered, trying for a joke as he glanced back towards Luka's gaze. His grin had soon been replaced by a soft smile as a faint blush made it's way across his cheeks when he realized the proximity of Luka.
He traced his fingers along the frame of Axel's wheelchair, heart pounding. I've never kissed someone before. . . frogs don't count, right? Luka's face turned bright pink. He'd been trying to block the frog-thing out of his mind.
Axel bit his bottom lip softly in thought as he studied Luka's face, his gaze finally returning to meet Luka's. After a few moments, he leaned forward, pressing his lips against his softly. His hand moved to the back of Luka's neck, pulling him closer.

Vaughn’s brows raised in surprise, and he chuckled softly. “Impressive,” he commented. “Glad you didn’t have to get up, you’re pretty warm,” he added, pressing his lips to Kaz’s cheek.
"Of course I'm warm, I'm laying next to the hottest person I know," Kaz joked, sitting up slightly so he could put the contacts in. He fumbled with them for a moment, blinking away the faint irritation they caused when he first put them in. He laid back down, now grinning at Vaughn with pure violet eyes. He had gotten the contacts made a year or two ago when he let Finn convince him to buy them. Your eyes are prettier when they're purple. They look less drab, came Finn's voice, and his smile faltered for a moment before he rid the thought from his mind
It was the perfect kiss. Soft and subtle, like a fleeting summer dream. Maybe no moment was exactly perfect, maybe love just happened on its own? Luka ran his hands through Axel's soft hair, pressing against him and causing the wheelchair to retreat just a little bit. He broke the kiss, hovering his lips just a few inches away. "You beat me to it."
Vaughn scoffed softly and laughed lightly. He rubbed at Kaz’s cheek with his thumb, looking at his eyes. “Would you be offended if I said I like them more when they are grey?” He murmured, a brow arched.
"Nah. I like them better when they're grey, too. But I used to get contacts that made my eyes more violet all the time because the audience ate it up when I was still in the band with Michael and Alex." He didn't mention what Finn had said to him, trying his best to forcefully ignore the thought
“Well I think the grey looks better than violet. It fits you better,” Vaughn said, smiling faintly as he glanced over Kaz’s face, still stroking his cheek with his thumb.
Kaz hummed in agreement, leaning slightly into Vaughn's touch as he let his eyes close. He'd have to see about getting new glasses soon. Contacts itched, and he would rather not get weird looks for having purple eyes
“Tired?” Vaughn asked softly. He knew that Kaz had said so earlier, but he wanted to know for sure. He hoped that Kaz felt rested and nice. He still wanted to spend time with him before going back to the ‘hospital’.
"Little bit. Contacts itch a bit though, nothing too bad," Kaz responded quietly, pressing his face into Vaughn's chest again as he began to scratch lightly at his back with the tips of his nails
Vaughn hummed with pleasure when he felt Kaz itching his back. “That feels good,” he mumbled softly, a light smile lingering on his lips.
"Good," Kaz murmured, pressing a kiss to Vaughn's jaw as he moved so that he was scratching gently at Vaughn's upper back. He loved to make Vaughn happy. Couldn't get enough of it, really
“I wish we could stay in bed all day,” Vaughn added quietly, laying still so Kaz could continue to run his nails up and down his back. God, did he completely adore Kaz.
"Well, if I'm right, all day would be three more hours. So we can lay here and cuddle, or make out, for three hours," Kaz suggested, running his nails along each of Vaughn's shoulder blades gently
“Mm, how about both?” Vaughn suggested. His shoulder blades shifted under Kaz’s finger tips as tension seeped from his shoulders. He kissed at Kaz’s cheekbone gently as he laid there.
