Kaz fiddled with his hoodie sleeves for a moment, smiling over at Vaughn as he made sure the tattoos on his arms were visible. "Well we might just have to convince the hospital to let me keep you here," he chuckled
“I really doubt that would be allowed. Not fit for society, remember?” Vaughn answered with a slight roll of his eyes. He glanced at Kaz’s tattoos, where he knew that they covered old scars of his.
"Yes, but you see, there's such a thing as in-home therapy. Back in Europe it was way more popular than chucking a bunch of crazy people in a building together," Kaz said, still smiling to himself as he looked up at Vaughn. "You wanna see if we can bribe Cas into making us food?"
“Home therapy? They’ll ask about the methods that you’re planning to use to help me. I don’t think ‘we’re sleeping together’ will pass that good,” Vaughn said, rocking back and forth on his heels. “And sure, we can try and convince him.”
"Well, I can be vague about my…methods," Kaz hummed, drumming his fingers along Vaughn's chest as he smirked teasingly up at him. He took Vaughn's hand, humming softly to himself as he made his way towards the door
Vaughn’s brows raised as he smiled wide, pleased by the answer he had received. That was the kind of therapy that he would like. He followed after Kaz quickly, intertwining their fingers. How had things between them changed so quickly? Not that he was complaining, it was just so sudden.
Kaz was still smiling as they walked towards the ancient elevator, humming softly as he resisted the urge to near skip to the doors in happiness. He hadn't wanted to admit it, but he had a bit of a crush on Vaughn for a long time. Almost since they had first become friends. And now that there was something between them? Hey, he thought that was pretty great compared to most of what life threw at him
“Someone is very happy,” Vaughn commented as he stepped onto the elevator with Kaz. He still held his hand, the other stuffed into the pocket of his suit jacket. “How do you think Cas is going to react to this?”
"He'll probably question it at first, but then he'll be glad I finally got together with you. I think he and Argo have been secretly wishing we would get together for a while now." Kaz tapped his foot absently as he waited for the rickety old elevator to get to the bar floor. He smiled up at Vaughn happily, still unable to keep smiling
Vaughn arched a brow in question as he looked down at Kaz. “Wait, seriously? How have I not noticed? They’ve probably been lurking behind the bar counter when we’ve been together, giggling like little kids or something.”
"Well I mean Argo's a demon, so I wouldn't put it past him. Don't know what Cas is, but I'm pretty sure he's got a cloak of invisibility lying around somewhere." As he spoke the elevator finally stopped at the bar, and Kaz grinned as they stepped out. "Speak of the devils," he said, gesturing to Cas and Argo chatting behind the bar
Vaughn chuckled and pressed a quick kiss to Kaz’s forehead before the doors opened. He stepped out, leading Kaz over to their usual booth. He let go of his hand and slid into one of the seats, hands resting folded on the table top.
Cas walked over to them, his usual bandages replaced with dark sunglasses as he held a pad of paper and a pen in one hand. "Okay, lovebirds, what'll it be?" Kaz shrugged, glancing over at Argo at the counter as the demon gave him a thumbs up gesture. He rolled his eyes, turning back to Cas. "Omelets?" he suggested
Thorn stepped out and looked at the setting sun. It was already pretty far down, but the colors still brought a smile to her face, "So, to the movies?"
"Yep. Let's go!" Lana bounced on her toes excitedly. She pulled up a GPS on her phone. "Great, there's one in walking distance. We don't have to pay for bus fare or anything." She led the way out the cafeteria door and into the parking lot.
Thorn followed her cautiously. She was still wary, but excited at the same time, "Do you have money for the movie?"
"Yeah," she replied, checking her wallet to make sure. "I've got enough for a movie, and maybe dinner if we go somewhere cheap."
Thorn's eyes lit up at the thought of eating out. She'd been eating nothing but hospital food for years, "Do you think we could go to dinner?"

How the hell was Cas already able to tell? Damn that smart bastard. “Omelets sound good,” he spoke up, leaning forward against his elbows as he looked up at Kaz.
Thorn's eyes lit up at the thought of eating out. She'd been eating nothing but hospital food for years, "Do you think we could go to dinner?"
Lana thought about the amount of money in her wallet. She'd spent most of her money on drugs –duh– and whatever remained on the bills for her house. Her little part-time job had fired her once she got admitted into the hospital on account of the drug use. Still, she had enough left. She wasn't about to go all cheap on the cutest girl she'd ever met. "Of course we can," she said with a smile.
Thorn resisted the urge to start jumping around like a little kid. She smiled back, "Thank you!"
"No problem," Lana said with a laugh. "This is my first real date like this. My last two flings weren't as…civil, I guess. Plus, all we did was get high together and make out. This is way cooler."
Kaz nodded. "Yep, the usual then. Omelets and coffee." Cas walked over to the bar, and Argo rolled his eyes as he passed him a twenty. Cas smirked before walking over to the kitchen, and Kaz turned to look at Vaughn. "Smug bastards, the lot," he chuckled
Thorn laughed, "I would hope so. I never really dated someone. I mean I got with people yeah, but we never made it 'official'."
Lana merely smiled at her as they walked side-by-side on the sidewalk. The humming streetlights illuminated their path as they passed by different buildings. It was quiet, but not totally dead. It was a nice atmosphere. "Would you rather eat first, or see the movie first?" she asked after a few moments.
“How do they already know?” Vaughn asked once Cas was gone. “Maybe he saw us kissing here last night,” he thought aloud.
