@Avhira-The-Eldritch-Horror group
"We are headed That direction!" They pointed.
"We are headed That direction!" They pointed.
Caladium nodded. “Oh. Okay then!”
Idiot. They could be leading us into a trap!
They put a hand to their head again, obviously in pain. “Shut up-“ they grumbled to themselves.
The thing turns and smiles knowingly at Caladium.
"No traps." they say simply. It was as though they could hear the voice in the girl's head. . . but that should be impossible, right? Not for him lmao.
Caladium stared at the thing, wide-eyed.
How the hell did it hear me?! I don’t know! Don’t trust it. Let me kill it before it can do you harm. No!
They shook their head aggressively. “How… how did you hear it— me-?”
Aibhe was smiling. They knew the audience, and the audience knew everyone's minds. So, with the right tugging… They knew everyone's minds.
Joe smiled at Aibhe. They were quite alike, she had found.
Aibhe smiled back at Joe, before nodding to the audience to thank them for the extra power they provided.
Joe went up and nodded to the audience as well.
Aibhe turned back towards the group. "Lets go northeast."
"oNwArD!" Joe exclaimed, stomping forward.
Aibhe giggled, following in a marching line
Andreas looks over his shoulder to see the group walking the exact same direction he is going a little ways behind him. "Hello there. You guys figure out a direction to go?"
"THIS WAY!"
"alright let's go!" maria was worried about caladium. she seemed at war with herself. no that can't be right, but with a little help from the audience, she could figure out what was going on.
Caladium stared at the thing, wide-eyed.
How the hell did it hear me?! I don’t know! Don’t trust it. Let me kill it before it can do you harm. No!
They shook their head aggressively. “How… how did you hear it— me-?”
"Magic, and a healthy serving of brussels sprouts." the thing smiles teasingly. "Recommended by writers all around the world."
Aibhe was also worried about Caladium, but was determined to distract them all. "Lets go!"
(Aww they’re worried about my split personality baby)
Caladium looked confused and distraught, but said nothing more. “Yeah… let’s go.”
(i'll be honest my thing could really care less about split personalities lmao- they basically are one in the end of everything but we'll explain later- for now buckle up and enjoy the subtle crossing of our world with this one)
The thing looks at everyone then hums.
"I think we should, instead of going in a particular one direction, go in every direction at once. Forwards, back, sideways, up, down and diagonally." they say cryptically. "It'll get us places quicker than one partcular direction, especially since we aren't bound by any real rules unlike the real world."
Caladium flared out their wings slightly, glancing at the thing. “What do you mean..? That’s impossible.”
The thing smiles.
"Actually, no." they say. An imperceivably complex movement later that involves ignoring Euclidean geometry entirely, and they're above, behind, to the left and right of, and below Caladium. "You just need to remember that as long as the real world can't catch up, you're basically god."
Aibhe smiled. "I like the way you think, creature without a name. Let's do it." Aibhe moved… everywhere.
Joe looked at Aibhe in utter shock. How was she…doing that? Joe could do all kinds of stunts, but not that…
Aibhe was also a bit confused. "I was.. not expecting that to work." They said, as they came back to the clearing. "That was disorienting.
The thing takes a few steps around and ends up a foot to the left of where it started and grins at everyone.
"Joe, it's very simple to do. Just don't let the real world catch up with what you do."
"Its disorienting… but it's fun."
