(Aw ahh)
(Aw ahh)
(Just sort off bumping this back towards the top while waiting fo more people to come on)
(I don't know what to do.)
(Same here, I guess Faye and Lila can talk more while we wait?)
Faye had watched Karina leave before turning back to Lila. “I think we can trust her enough,” she said in a soft tone.
"Yeah," Lila responded, "Why are you so interested with the Sunais?"
Faye considered Lila’s question for a moment. Why was she interested in them, or any monster for that matter? “Not sure, they just interest me. Same goes for Corsai and Malchai, I’d love to learn as much as I can about them,” she explained.
Lila thought for a second. Faye's just interested, that could mean a lot of different things. She could want to throw a bunch of them into labs and run tests. Or maybe start a collection of different kinds. Oh God what would Faye do if she discovered Lila's heritage? She shook the thoughts from her head, "Do you think they should be our equals?"
Faye trailed her fingers up and down her own arm. “I do, yes. I think we should at least give them a chance to, I don’t know, prove themselves. If that makes sense,” she said slowly.
Lila nodded. Her hands went to the silver medallion, "I understand. They deserve a chance to become equal with us. Maybe we're the ones who should be in servitude for everything we've done to them."
“Yeah? I’ve heard my dad and his friends talking about how in the South Sector, there are groups of Malchai who managed to escape from the North Sector, but they brought their owners and put the shock collars on them in return. I hate to say it about my own species, but I guess we do deserve something like that,” Faye wondered aloud, trailing her fingers through her long now.
"Humans definitely do deserve it," Lila agreed with Faye, "But I wouldn't go to that extreme. That just doesn't seem right."
Faye sighed softly and let her shoulders slouch slightly. “I really wish things had turned out different, for everyone,” she said in a softer tone. She she meant it, too. If the wars never happened, maybe things could have been better between humans and monsters.
"I wish that to," Lila sighed. Then maybe should wouldn't feel like such an outcast. Maybe she wouldn't feel the need to try and be equal to everyone.
“Anyways..” Faye said, wanting to get away from the depressing topic. “Think you’re going to try and get to the South Sector again?” She asked, glancing over at Dax.
"I don't have the slightest idea on where to go, so for now I'll stay," Dax shrugged.
Faye nodded in understanding and gave a slight area. “We’ll make sure you get there.”
(guys, bad news: I'm grounded from notebook at home, so I won't be on until tomorrow most likely.)
//oof Okay, See you
(We won’t go far or anything without ya!)
Calla smiled, "I know. How long has it been since you were born?"
Ronan leaned his elbows against his knees. “Around three years now, I believe. I’ve seen my fair share.”
"Three years. That must be a lot of marks. I've only been around for 8 days." Calla reached out, touching air instead of Ronan's face.
“Yeah, a lot,” Ronan echoed. Truth was, it would be a lot if he hadn’t Fallen sometime two years ago. Now, he had only 743 crosses. They still managed to trail up both arms, both his shoulders, collar bone, neck, and part of his back.
"You're going to keep me safe, right?" Calla looked up at what she decided was him, but was actually the wall, lips pressed into a thin line.
Ronan reached out and placed a hand on the side of Calla’s face, turning it so she faced him. “Of course I am. I will always protect you,” He said in a soft tone.
