Saul shook his head. "No, she couldn't have… Farah's strong. She isn't stupid, she wouldn't let Rosalind overpower her."

"But she did." Rosalind waved her hand to reveal herself. Eve wasn't with her.

"wheres eve.." eve! EVE!

Rosalind smirked. "Somewhere safe."

Saul glared at her.

" and that is?"

"Like I'd tell you. And don't worry. If you cooperate, you'll get to see her very soon."

" what do you want?"

"You and Ben stay here. Saul, comes with me. Simple."

Saul rose to his feet, and Ben was quick to put a hand on his shoulder. "Saul…"

" dad. please dont.." anya said softly

"I have to," Saul muttered. "I need Eve to be alright."

anya felt tears prick her eyes, knowing what happens next

Saul headed toward Rosalind, who was smirking victoriously. Her gaze went past him to meet Anya's. "Thanks to your cooperation, you'll get to see your little girlfriend very soon." She looked back at Saul and began to walk away. "Come on."

He looked back at Anya. "Take care of Eve," was all he said before he disappeared.

"no!" anya cried, EVE! she ave one last shot before falling to a knee and shaking horribly

Somewhere in a dark room, Eve jolted to consciousness. She wasn't sure when she'd passed out or even if it had been natural, but she was awake now, and that was what mattered. She blenched as someone yelled her name. No, not just someone. Anya.

Anya? she called back, looking around the room she was in hopefully, but knowing deep down she wouldn't be there.

where are you! her voice sounded strained

Eve took deep breaths to calm herself. I have no idea. Where are you? Did you get to my father?

he went with rosalind to save you..

Where is she taking him? Anya, the vision Rosalind gave me about my mother was right. What if the one for my father is right too?
