Rosalind glared at her. "Her love was her weakness. She cared too much about the wrong things. That was her downfall. That was why she died."

" he died, because you snapped her neck! you will burn i promise you" she spat

"So literal," Rosalind remarked, rolling her eyes. "Didn't you already promise to 'end me'? How is that working out?"

Anya? How is it going?

bad.. she mumbled. Anya shot after Rosalind, knocking her down rather then hitting her directly.

Rosalind fell and hurried back to her feet. "You're going to regret that."

What?! Why?

don't worry bout it! Anya kept up the focused attacks

Rosalind deflected them continuously, purposefully waiting for her own attack.

Anya was going to tire her you, keeping up her persistent attacks

Rosalind refused to fatigue, instead waiting for Anya to use up her own strength.

Anya was a stamina based fighter. Saul had trained her for this shit. And you could tell by the smug look on his face

"Take your time, Rosalind," Saul muttered.

Rosalind, holding one hand up to block Anya's attacks, turned to Saul. "You're in no position to talk, Silva."

Anya stepped in front of him, sending a few more blasts

"Enough!" Rosalind snarled, finally releasing furiously powerful blasts of her own magic.

Anya cried out, dropping to her knees

Saul stepped in front of her in a flash.

Rosalind shook her head. "Step aside, Silva."

"I won't let you hurt her."

" stand down saul!" anya yelped as she stood up

"No," Saul shot back. "If it's going to be me or you… it should be me."

Rosalind shrugged. "Fair enough." She sent a bolt of magic aimed right for him.

anya growled, shoving him so it missed both of them " eve wants you more then me, im replaceable. your not.."

Saul looked at Anya incredulously. "You're replaceable?" He shook his head quickly. "No, you're not. Not to her."

" then lets both o, you cant stay out here long. ive seen it! we need to go!"

Rosalind grinned. "He's not leaving. And neither are you."

Saul finally realized how far past the Barrier they were when he heard a Burned One's growls approaching them. "Anya, run!" he ordered.

"no!" anya started a ring of fire " no.i cant! i promised!"

Saul grabbed her shoulders intently. "Anya. I'm ordering you to get back to Alfea and protect Eve."

" eve is fine! your coming home!"
