"I love you so much, Anya," Eve replied sweetly, nuzzling the spot behind Anya's ear with her nose.

anya giggled " you mean alot to me.."

"And you to me, dear," Eve whispered.

anya yawned and snuggled deeper into the blankets

"Do you feel any better than you did yesterday?" Eve asked.

" somewhat, its still cold.."

"If you stay cold for much longer, I'm taking you back to my mother."

" eve, youve got a job, ill be fine." anya said and snuggled closer to eves bodyheat

"Yes, but you're worth more to me than anything."

" i should be fine.."

"And I want to be absolutely sure of that. I can't loose you, Anya. You're my everything."

anya understood eves worry " ill be alright "

"As long as you say so. If you need anything, call for me. Promise?"

"allright.." she said softly " you need to get going.."

Sighing, Eve slid out from the sheets, pulling the blankets up to wrap around Anya. With a final kiss on her forehead, Eve left to get dressed and go about her day.

it was a few hours before anya heard the door open. she could tell by the raindrop and forest smell it was silva " hey saul.." she said tiredly

"Anya," he greeted, sitting down on the bed. "Farah told me you were feeling sick. I wanted to check in on you."

she smiled softy " its nothing.." she said

"That's not what Farah told me, and I'm sure Eve knows too," he replied knowingly. "Are you going to tell me what's wrong?"

" its just a fever.." she mumbed and snuggled deeper into her blankets

Saul nodded. "Farah was tired last night. More than usual. Like she used an excessive amount of magic."

" thats.. my fault.." she said softly " she tried healing the burning inside of me and now i cant stay warm.."

Saul looked at her, alarm in his eyes. "Have you told Farah?"

"no.." she said " it not that bad." he said

"You're a fire fairy," Saul reminded her. "Can you generate any kind of heat?"
