" yeah.. im really not in the mood to argue eve.."

Eve looked away. "Alright."

anya sighed, for some reason shed been feeling drained all day " what is going on. " she mumbled to herself

Eve glanced over. "Anya?"

"hmm?" she asked

"Why are you so tired?" she asked softly. "And remember I can feel it, so don't lie and say that you're not."

"i dont know love.." she said and yawned

"Go rest," she instructed. "I've got this."

"no eve." she said " im staying by your side."

Eve sighed. "You're tired, darling. You need to rest."

" and you need support, your point is?"

"I'm not going to convince you to rest, am I?"

" not unless you go with me, no" she said

"If we go to my mother's office, there are couches there. Compromise? I work, you rest, same space."

'finne." she said and leaned on eve

Eve smiled faintly and lead the way back to Farah's office.

anya grabbed a fuzzy blanket from their room, curlin on the couch

Eve sat at her mother's desk and watched Anya curl on the couch with an affectionate gaze.

anya tried her best to sleep, though thinks kept her up. the sounds, lights, her own mind racing.

"Sleep, love," Eve called, not even looking up from reading over a piece of paper.

"easer said then done.." she mumbled

"I understand," Eve said, still not looking up. "But you need to try."
