Eve huffed slightly. "Didn't like that did you?"

anya tilted her head " its something new.." she said softly

Eve grinned and slowly moved to coax Anya's tongue out of her mouth again.

anya did what eve was trying to achieve, still pretty unsure about it.

Eve was gentle as she began to suck Anya's tongue. She cupped her lover's cheek with one hand while letting her other drift to her hips to pull her closer.

Eve slowly began to suck a bit faster, seeing if Anya was okay with it.

Eve felt it and released Anya's tongue. "No?" she asked gently, a soft smile on her features while she tucked Anya's hair behind her ear.

anya shrugged, layig her forehead on hers

"That's alright," Eve murmured. "Are you okay?"

"yeah" she said "sorry.."

"You don't have to apologize, love," Eve murmured. "I don't want you to be uncomfortable."

anya sighed, nuzzing her nose against the others

Eve grinned. "Eskimo kiss," she giggled, shaking her head so her nose rubbed against Anya's.

anya laughed, "love you."

Eve relaxed as Anya laughed. She was worried she'd messed something up. "I love you too, babe."

"its nice, trying new things. thanks.." she said softy

"I don't want you to be uncomfortable," Eve whispered. "If I ever make you feel that way, please tell me."

" okay eve." she said and smiled

"Go to sleep now, darling. We have to get up in the morning as functioning members of society." Eve's fingers gently stroked Anya's hair to relax her and put her to sleep.

" okay love, you too," she said softly

"I will," Eve promised, but she had no intention of doing so. Anya would be protected, whatever it took. Her nightmares were too realistic. She couldn't let what she'd seen in her visions actually take place.

Eve cuddled her girlfriend as she slept and whispered softly once she was sure Anya was asleep. "I won't let anyone hurt you, Anya. No one." The morning came too slowly for Eve, and by the time the sun peeked through the curtains, she was exhausted.
