“Why is your name ‘classified?’” Adrielle made air quotes around the word. “Is it dumb or something? We’re you named after some elderly wimpy old woman?”
“Why is your name ‘classified?’” Adrielle made air quotes around the word. “Is it dumb or something? We’re you named after some elderly wimpy old woman?”
Nat lost it. She charged at Adrielle and hit blindly. "Don't! Ever! Say! That!" she screamed.
"Fuck." Kiania was across the room in no time, her own safety ignored as she wrapped her arms around Nat to keep her from swinging. "Calm down."
Adrielle simply smirked and easily sidestepped the blows. Anger was never good when fighting, if you let it blind you. It made you sloppy and predictable. “Did I say something wrong?”
Jett watched nervously from the side. “Guys, you shouldn’t fight,” he said worriedly.
Nat broke free of Kiania and landed a hard blow to Adrielle's stomach. "F*ck you!" she yelled angrily.
The breath knocked out of her, Adrielle staggered, nearly falling. She snarled, spinning around and pinning Nat’s arms behind her back. “I know what your name is. And I stand by everything I said. She’s a wimpy, weak old woman who deserved to die,” she whispered.
"Enough!" Kiania shouted, her casual demeanor quickly replaced by the exact look one would expect from a military official. "What the fucking hell, both of you!"
Nat was practically red with anger. She elbowed the girl fiercely in the stomach, ignoring Kiania.
“Feisty,” Adrielle grinned. Her stomach was going to hate her after this. “Could it possibly be true that the legacy of the pathetic Black Widow could be better than her?”
"Shut the fck up!" Nat snarled. "You have no fcking right to say another f*cking word about my mom!"
“This is America. It’s a free country, love,” she purred with a self-satisfied smirk.
Nat brought her elbow in again, harder and much more aggressive of a hit this time.
Adrielle ducked away, grinning. “Aw, did I hit a sore spot?” She cooed.
Nat yanked her arms free. She backed away from Adrielle quickly. "Shut up, bitch," she said steadily.
(Okay, so just saying, Nat admitting that Natasha was her mom it's kinda big because they all think her only mom is Maria Hill. Just letting y'all know!)
(Uh oh…)
Adrielle made a face. “Or what?”
"You'll regret it."
“That’s all?” Adrielle burst out laughing. “You’ll regret it?”
Nat narrowed her eyes. "Yeah. You aren't going to like it."
“I’m so scared,” Adrielle said with a grin.
Nat's fists were trembling. Adrielle didn't even come close to realizing how much of a personal spot she'd hit. "I mean it," Nat retorted, but het voice broke. Much to her dismay.
“Seems like you do,” Adrielle retorted.
Nat bit her tongue, not trusting her voice anymore.
"Alright, break it the fuck up." Kiania's voice was low and commanding as she stepped in between the two, not turning her back on either of them. "I want at least five feet between you two, or we're going to have some problems."
Nat straightened and fought for a neutral expression.
"Nat, I'm guessing. Got a last name I should use?" Kiania asked, raising an eyebrow.
