Nat relaxed a bit at the name, but was still ready to fight, as a habit. "Parker?"
Nat relaxed a bit at the name, but was still ready to fight, as a habit. "Parker?"
"Yeah! Or are we going with fake names?" She looks up around her arms hesitantly
"Eliza… Elizabeth?" Nat asked, putting pieces together quickly with her sharp intellect. "Elizabeth Parker, daughter of Peter Parker, Spiderman?"
She pauses but nods, "Yeah. Elizabeth." She drops her arms slightly and slowly
Nat dropped her stance. "So, you know who I am?"
"Sort of? Dad has told me about you and your mom. Maria? But…" she trails off awkwardly, "Anyway! What has been going on?!"
Nat crossed her arms and nodded. "The New York Sanctum is under attack currently, and I have a quinjet on its way to pick me up. You're welcome to come."
"A quinjet? I've never been on a plane before " her clueless self beams. She looks up at the sky, trying not to use her senses at all
(hey so I think I'm gonna have to drop out. I just can't keep up with this rp since I'm really busy w school and stuff)
(Aww, that's okay! I understand!)
Nat arched her eyebrows, watching Eliza with an amused expression. "You've never been on a plane before?"
"No I've seen them. Just never been on them. I can swing instead." She says simply
Nat nodded. "Makes sense," she replied logically. She checked the time. "Damn it, Nick!"
"Nick? Nick fury?" Eliza crouches down in the clearing, still looking up at the sky
Nat blinked. Shit. "Uh… yeah."
"Woah! You're on speaking terms with him?" Eliza looks up at her, running hand through her hair
Nat fought to control her expression. She was compromising so much information… "Yes."
"Woah! Cool! I'm guessing because of your mom." Eliza looks back at the sky then to the forests
"Pretty much," Nat replied. Both.
Artemis came to the end of the passage, and hid behind a carved pillar. Beyond, she saw men and women in tactical uniforms looting the artifact room, carelessly tossing the priceless magical items around and into large bags.
“They must not know the items’ true value, or else they wouldn’t be so cavalier with them,” she muttered. Turning around, she noticed Kerenza behind her. “Hello there, fellow Avenger,” she whispered. “Forgive me for not remembering your name. Are you here to assist in getting rid of these… hooligans?”
Kiania peeked around into the room, her grin still in place, but a sharp and surveying look in her eyes as she cycled through plans at a record speed. She had no problem putting herself in danger, but the artifacts and the others were a different story.
Eliza plops down on the ground, fiddling with some grass in front of her, "Oh. And What's this… Sanctum? You where talking about?"
"It's usually guarded by the Sorcerers that live there. But apparently, it's been breached," Nat explained tersely. She was most likely going to be tense until the quinjet arrived.
Eliza nods, pauses, then jumps, "Wizards?! Really?! Woah!" Her eyes where shining by now. She has only heard stories of all this
Nat smirked. The girl's cluelessness was kind of funny. "You didn't know?"
"All I heard where stories." She says simply.
