Lucy soon arrived at her secluded cabin. She shut the door and locked it, dropping her bag alongside it. She exhaled in slight annoyance. She hoped that those people showing up at her spot wasn’t going to happen often. She trudged into the kitchen area, leaning her back against the counter and rubbing at her eyes. “This is just great..” she muttered.

(Sam's is more or less charcoal black with red, orange, and a little bit of white mixed in. It's also really big and has a heat effect to it that causes it to be really hot) Samandriel sighed. "Fine, small creature." He allowed his aura to shrink, and stopped producing lava

Orion's eyes light up. "I thank you, Samandriel. This place to some extent is sacred. They would have been displeased if it had been destroyed." Bustling aroung, and accidently nicking himself on thorns, he starts reviving the downed plants. Humming a tune that nearly sends the Gatekeeper into slumber, and the clearing into peace.

Lucy slipped out the cabin’s backdoor. She checked a sign that she had nailed to a nearby tree before yanking the nail from the thin trunk with a grunt.

(ok) Samandriel couldn't help but let most of his runes fall dormant, allowing the ones on his skin to stay active out of self preservation. He let his aura extend a little, trying to keep his distance from the others

"Hmm." He kept his distance, but walked just close enough so as not to lose her. He was certain his palace in the Molhaven walls would be far superior than this mortal-built building

After changing into a different pair of clothes, Lucy went back out, soon heading into town. She carried her satchel, walking towards the bad area of the town. She visited there at times, occasionally providing service for the starving, sick, or homeless as best as she could. Most would not want to walk in that area, but she felt confident. The people there knew her, and they were aware of what she could do, but she was positive that none of them would try anything.

Samandriel walked around the house, bringing his aura closer to his body so as to avoid accidentally setting something on fire. He hadn't bothered switching to his human vision, annoyed with having to squint at everything. So he looked at the outlines of various objects, some for spells, some plant related

Lucy slipped into a family orphanage home, walking up to the front desk. The woman there smiled brightly and stood to hug her. “Miss Teller, so good to see you again!” The older woman said.

“It’s good to be back, sorry I haven’t been around recently, I’ve been so busy,” Lucy responded politely.

“It’s quite alright, sweetheart. Are you wanting to see the children?”

“I always do see them first,” she responded, and the woman led her through the maze of halls towards the children’s rooms.

Lata had followed Lucy, noticing her sneaking away. She was quite curious as to where she was going. She came upon a simple cottage. It was quaint, not quite as fancy as Orion's, but there was no room to judge. A home was a home. She ended up finding herself peeking over at Lucy as the older girl entered a building with a symbol above the door step.
An orphanage.
Maybe she should go back…

Orion, now alone, continues to hum his tune, occasionally switching into song. The words are ancient, and none passing would understand their meaning. Appeased, the clearing and surrounding woods begin to resonate with his song. Reviving, plants charred and brittle grow strong as he tends to them. With his magic, his eyes now glow and his tail is held high. A passerby would feel a sense of peace, happiness, belonging. The faintest traces of the song make their way to those now in the cabin, soothing.

Lata suddenly felt a pang of sadness. She would have ended up in one of these places, had she not run off. Realizing a tear was running down her cheek, she rubbed it away, angrily. Lata didn't want to remember her parents anymore.

@Desvelarse pets

The woman led Lucy into a decently sized room that held about four cots. She recognized this as the injury/sickness ward for some of the children. Normally, she would have been extremely sad going in, knowing she couldn’t help, but now she was proud to say that she could.

Lucy flicked on the lights and saw that three of the four beds were being used. “There was a fourth child, the one with the high fever..” she said slowly.

“Yes, well, Beth is not with us anymore,” the woman said.

“She got a place to stay?” Lucy asked.

“No, Miss Teller. She passed away three nights ago..”

Lucy’s eyes widened in shock, but she cleared her throat and inhaled sharply. “I’m very sorry that happened. She was an absolute angel.”

@Painted-Iris group

They're gone, just don't think about it, Lata repeated in her mind. They can't come back, Lata.
Quickly rubbing away the tears, she stood and looked around from around the side of the building. Lucy had already gone inside, and there was no way she would go in after her. The people here would end up trying to keep her there.

The woman left he with the children and she visited them individually. For each of them, she inserted the silve liquid into their IV’s. Eventually the three children were up out of bed, acting like any normal child. She led the three children to the sleeping area where they were quickly greeted.

She walked back out into the main lobby where the woman was sat back at her desk. “I’ll be back in two days at the least, and I’ll make sure to bring some necessities,” she said with a smile before leaving the building.

Samandriel walked through the cabin, poking at various items here and there. He could distantly hear Orion's songs, and wondered vaguely if he was still able to use music-based magic. He was never as good as people like Cyprus when it came to playing instruments, but he still knew how to sing
