He walks softly, leading the two along unfamiliar back alleys, and eventually they break out of the village into a forest. Making his own path, he leads them to a cottage, the wards shimmering to allow the two in. "My name is Orion, and this is my home. My ears and tail are real, and there are a few altars in the house and around the area if you require one. Welcome to the Roost, many witches will come and go, please do not kill them, at least without good reason." The home is simply furnished, with a large garden going around it, and several shelves filled with comman things for the craft.

Lata looked around, examining the cottage. It certainly was home-y. It was actually really nice. How long was it since she had been in someone's home again?

Softly humming, clearly in his element, he pads into the kitchen. The witches see just a flash of claws when he stretches, Sounds echo from the kitchen, with pots occasionally clattering together.

(I’m going to go on ahead and jump in.)

A younger woman was crouched at the base of a drooping willow tree. She had grown fond of the spot, finding that the quiet area was decent to practice. As far as she was aware of, no one came around this area. The willow tree was in a small field in a dense wooded area. Here, she could practice her natural witchcraft without fear of being discovered. She read from the leatherbound spell book that was on the ground beside her, searching for a certain spell. The book had been passed down through the generations of her family. Most if the women in her family, including her mother, had been able to preform witchcraft. Sadly, her mother strayed away from the natural spells and began preforming hexes on others, which eventually got her burned at the stake.

"I'm gonna go look around," Lata said softly. She stepped outside into the fresh air. It was nice honestly. She didn't get a good chance to check out the forest the group had passed and wanted a safe spot to escape into. Just in case. Lata took a nice calm pace as she smiled at the light shining through the leaves.
