The transmutated man walks back to his cabin, putting a new pot of tea on, and igniting the flames with a cleanly traced rune. Swiveling, his ears point towards the main room. "I do hope that you are not breaking anything. Also, would anyone like tea?"
Lata noticed Lucy leaving the orphanage, and began to put her thoughts back in order. She needed to stay hidden so Lucy didn't know she had been followed, but she also needed to follow her home.
Then again, if she was seen, she could have a chance to ask about the dark spells. Orion never did get a chance to interrogate her, and Lata was curious.
Lucy felt a small, familiar presence nearby. She couldn’t tell who ikr was, but she could feel the aura. A child? It felt innocent and young. She stopped at the bottom of the steps, looking around.
Lata shifted, hoping to stay hidden, but then remembered the older magic user could likely feel auras. She sighed in slight frustration, unsure what to do with herself.
Lucy took a few steps away from the entrance and continued to look around. “I can feel you, might as well come out,” She said, looking over her shoulders. She went still, waiting to see if whoever it was would show themselves.
Lata shook off her hesitation. She did seem nice when she first encountered her in the woods. Slowly, she peeked her head around the corner to see the girl she had followed in the first place.
The Summoned found a chair and sat, absently fiddling with his hands. "Tea would be appreciated please."
Lucy glanced around for a moment longer before she spotted the young girl from the woods. She followed me?, she thought. She shook off the questions in her mind and turned to face the girl. “You are the girl from before. Don’t worry, I’m not going to hurt you,” She said, motioning for her to come over.
"I should hope not," she deadpanned. Standing up, she walked toward the older magic user.
(To give people feels I'm forcing her to become attached to her newfound friends and realizing she doesn't need to look back at the past anymore ayyyyyyyy)
Lucy smiled politely and nodded. “There must have been a reason for you to follow me out here, considering this place really isn’t safe for anyone. I’m Lucia, but you can call me Lucy,” she said, looking down at the younger girl.
"My name's Lata. And I… I was curious about those dark spells. I've never seen anything like them," she stated. She just hoped Lucy didn't mind her asking. She was very young and most didn't believe her when she told them she was a witch.

“It’s nice to meet you, Lata,” Lucy responded. But, her smile faltered when the dark spells were mentioned.
“Well, I’ve never seen anything like them either. I don’t work with dark spells, only natural ones. This is my family spell book. My mother wrote down those dark spells, but I have no intention to use them,” she explained, fighting back a grimace at the mention of her mother.
(I gtg for about an hour)
(When can I bring my RP in?)
