Eric narrowed his eyes slightly, getting a sudden feeling that Agis wanted him to do it. He shrugged it off, not knowing if it was true.
"Alright." He reached out and laid a careful hand on the boy's soft knuckles, sliding his fingers onto his pulse point. His skin was cold. Of course it's cold, you idiot, he doesn't have blood.
Eric breathed in and closed his eyes. He gently stretched out his mind, feeling coiled presences around him. The biggest one was the teacher's, and it positively hummed with collected otherness. He focused on Agis. It had a glimmering aura to it, something that sung in a wordless tongue, beseeching him to look, but stay away. He uncoiled a bit more, then made contact.
Eric was right about Agis's presence, it was cold and harsh, feeling like an art museum. You look at the art but do not touch it, you stay behind the line as to not hurt the work. What Eric didn't notice was the negative emotions that were hidden in the bacl, piled up from years of hardship and struggle to get where it was today.

Eric's mind touched Agis's tentatively and immediately felt open, like someone had laid a hand on a naked bundle of nerves. He pulled away, retreating to the shelter of his own head. It had been much more intimate than anything he'd ever done with anybody, and he kept his gaze away from Agis's.
Agis flinched slightly, hand jerking away and mind's wall shutting all the way down. His mind screamed Get away, run, get away. and other paranoid thoughts, his face, however, remained calm and collected, body not moving except for the slight flinch.
Eric looked at Agis as he flinched, eyes growing wide. "I'm sorry, did I hurt you?"
"No, you did not bodily harm me in any way." Agis said, voice as normal as ever.
"I didn't mean bodily," Eric said, thinking maybe he should put his hand over Agis's again. He decided against it, and instead picked at the skin around his nails.
"It does not matter what you meant. I awnsered your question." Agis replied, a small frown on his face.
Eric scowled. 'Why won't you-"
Oh, wait.
Eric narrowed his eyes. "Is that legend about fae people not being able to lie true?" he asked bluntly, a little smirk curving the corner of his mouth.
"I dont need to awnser that." Agis said stubbornly, arms crossed and nose up in the air.
Eric raised his eyebrows. "I'll take that as a yes, then. And I'm sorry if I did hurt your mind."
"It did not hurt my mind." Agis said, frowning. It merely touched some bad memories. He finished in his own thoughts, frowning more intently in his own mind.
Eric nodded. "Alright. Uh, what are we supposed to do now? Are you, uh, are you supposed to do it too?" Please say no, please say no.
"I suppose so, it would only make sense too." Agis could see the panic on Eric's face and he couldn't say he wasn't interested in seeing what he needed to hide so badly.
Eric laughed nervously, picking at a hangnail until it started to bleed. Oh god, he's gonna know I think he's gorgeous.
"Uh, okay, do we need to call the teacher, or do you already have powers, or"
"I could probably use a charm to imitate it, weakly, but it's something," Agis said, folding his hands onto his lap as he watched the cute mortal. "Is your hand okay?"
"Oh, yeah, I'm okay, just bleeding a bit," Eric said dismissively. He sucked on the edge of his thumb, ignoring the pulse throbbing in his ears. "Uh, how does this charm work?"
"Here, let me show you." Agis said, reaching out a hand ant cupping Eric's cheek, muttering a small incantation. "Usually, if we wanted for me to keep the charm for forever, it would have to be sealed with a kiss, but this is just temporary."
Eric breathed in sharply at his touch. A kiss? He felt the blood climb up his neck.
"I see," he muttered, looking somewhere to the left of Agis's lovely hair.
"Correct, was I not speaking clearly?" He asked, his eyes glowing a soft sliver. His hand was still on Eric's cheek and now moved to brush a piece of Eric's hair behind his ear, now putting his hands down.
(i hope you know your character is making even me flustered but it's good cuz i can make eric's reactions realistic)
Eric valiantly resisted the urge to hide his face in his hands. "No, no, you were." He suddenly felt annoyed at himself. "Alright, let's get this over with."
( @Annoying )
"Alright, let's begin." Agis said, holding Eric's hand in hid own and closing his eyes, sending out his mind to try and reach another mind presences.
The teacher's power still lingered vaguely in Eric's body. He sensed Agis's presence unfurling to reach his and he braced himself for contact, a million thoughts running apprehensively through his mind. His entire consciousness sent out violent pulses of cherry-red, of almost furious fear, of stay away, stay away, stay away, I am poison.
