Agis frowned, he felt fear, fear and venom. He reached towards that, he convinced the poison that he was also poison, convinced it that he was a part that had just gone missing.
Agis frowned, he felt fear, fear and venom. He reached towards that, he convinced the poison that he was also poison, convinced it that he was a part that had just gone missing.
Eric's eyes widened. Welcome me, Agis's mind sung. I am of kin, we are alike, we are poison of one mind. He closed his eyes and frowned, desperately wishing to let in this being that suddenly felt like home, yet knowing better. He reached out tentatively and touched it, the naked bundle of nerves once again exposed. His physical body shivered.
Are you alright? Agis transmitted in Eric's mind, his own mind flinched, it didnt like to br connected, to anything. In Fae culture being connected was a weakness, unless you were of course in possession of a human mortal, but that was just strange.
Eric gasped. Fine, he responded sharply. He spread his mind-arms dramatically. You having fun? he prompted, still painfully tense from the intimacy of their contact.
"I don't know if this counts as fun, but whatever." Agis thought back to him, he didn't show any emotion regarding the painfully close contact they were sharing.
Eric scoffed. That's not an answer. Can you, uh, he spared a glance towards the teacher, can you hear my thoughts? A vivid image of Agis's slender hands flashed through his mind as if on cue, and he scowled.
Perhaps. was all Agis replied wirh, not giving a definite awnser. His mind delved into Eric's, he wanted to know what Eric was hiding, wether he needed to make a deal with him or whatever. He would make a deal if he really, really wnated to know.
Eric felt Agis slip past his defenses and he pushed back, slightly annoyed. Oh no, you don't. My thoughts stay in my mind and only in my mind.
My thoughts of how beautiful you are, he thought quietly to himself.
how about… We make a deal. Agis offered, still working at Eric's defenses. He gad just barely caught that last part, but it was still all foggy.
Eric jabbed at Agis's mind as the fae picked at his defensive walls. Is this one gonna be sealed with a kiss too? What kind of deal is it, exactly?
Hm… How about i take you on a date and you let me see the first few layrrs of your mind. Agis smirked. And if you're lucky, you'll get a kiss at the end.
Eric stopped jabbing at Agis for a second, then growled and started attacking him with renewed vigor. I'm not letting you see shit. If you wanna take me out, fine, but my mind is my own. He swiped viciously at Agis as he talked. Now get out.
Rude. Agis thought to himself, arms crossed. His fingers tapped on the table, he thought that would've worked, it usually did. "Fine, how about you give me one secret and I trade you one of mine." Agis smiled. "And I won't say no to a date."
Eric shuddered as Agis's mind moved away from his, and raised his chin. "Fine. Let's go on a date. You say your secret first. And none of that evasive shit. Your words need to be clear-cut or I'm not saying anything."
(i'm so curious abt the secret lmao)
(Maybe.)
(ok keep going)
Eric shuddered as Agis's mind moved away from his, and raised his chin. "Fine. Let's go on a date. You say your secret first. And none of that evasive shit. Your words need to be clear-cut or I'm not saying anything."
"I can literaly not stop speaking in my evasive tone, unless we make a deal. To which I suppose we just did." Agis said, head tilted as he spoke. "And you will find that you have to go through with the deal, if you don't, something unspeakable will happen."
Eric swallowed, then wet his lips. "Don't worry, I keep my promises."
"Perfect, what time and place should our date be?" Agis asked, he couldn't say he wasnt excited about a date, he had read about dates in books but he had never been on one. The prospect was exciting!
Eric shook his head. "Dunno. We'll figure that out later. Secret first."
(eric doesnt have time for bullshit lmao)
(gtg)
"I already did, I shared my inability to speak in a straight forward tone." Agis smirked, it was easy to trick cute mortals.
Eric narrowed his eyes. No matter how attractive Agis may have been, he still had his pride. "It's not a secret if I figured it out from lore. A secret is something particular to you and only you. Something that very few people close to you know." He folded his legs and leaned back. "I don't go on dates with liars. That's why I wanted to do this first. How am I supposed to like you if I can't trust a word that comes out of your mouth?"
"Technicly, I can't lie. Though I suppose you did figure that out on you own. Hm… How about I share my name, would that be to your liking?" Agis said, eyebrow raised.
(I'm really bad at writing tricksters)
