@ElderGod-Icefire

He nodded again. "Right. Good to meet you, I suppose." he still distrusted that this Aelius had somehow just…appeared inside of the labyrinth. It seemed suspicious.

@Vuclan-is-tired

He hummed and nods a little bit before settling into his back. For someone who was supposed to be under suspicion, he looked fully relaxed. He hummed before turning onto his side so he could face Icarus. "What brings you here?" He asks curiously.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Icarus blinked a few times, staring at him for a long moment. "I…my father and I were thrown in here because my father did something that displease King Minos." he replied slowly. Had this Aelius been living under a rock?

@Vuclan-is-tired

He laughed before shaking his head, "No, no. Not the maze I mean… I mean here, this spot." He looked a bit amused as he looked across the sky. The cliff was a good spot, beautiful, little distractions. It was nice compared to the rush of being a god. Or… at least cleaning up a certain gods mess…

@ElderGod-Icefire

He blinked. "Oh. Right. I just…like it here. This cliff, I mean." He shrugged. "It's peaceful, I guess." A small smile flickered over his lips, his gaze moving over the horizon.

@Vuclan-is-tired

He nods a bit and smiled. "It is beautiful. And the water points towards the horizon which is just absolutely breathtaking." He hummed and shook his head in amusement. "The sunsets really must be beautiful." Of course, not to brag of course. But he spent so much time and dedication into the sunrises and sunsets… they were his masterpieces.

@ElderGod-Icefire

He nodded. "They are." He replied softly. "Especially on clear nights, and the sun paints everything in all sorts of colors." He looked around quietly, before looking back at Aelius again.

Apollo smiled at that, a pleased expression falling on his face. He hummed and leaned back into his elbows. "And when the stars appear ever so slowly." He chuckles and ran a hand through his hair.

@ElderGod-Icefire

He nodded in agreement. "The constellations are quite beautiful, too." He added. He smiled a little bit. He could identify many of the constellations.

@Vuclan-is-tired

Apollo nods, his sister, the goddess of the moon was amazing at her job, even if the stars weren't necessarily hers. But she worked so hard to make the night beautiful. He glances at the other, "What's your favorite constellation?"

@ElderGod-Icefire

He thought about it for a long moment. "I'm not sure. Orion, maybe? Though the story behind why he's in the sky is not the most wonderful of stories."

@Vuclan-is-tired

He nods a little bit in agreement, "Such a tragic story." He hummed quietly, "Although, I suppose most suffer the wrath of the gods…" He hummed quietly and shut his eyes in content.

@Vuclan-is-tired

He hummed for a moment in thought before looking up and smiling. "I think Pegasus." He shrugged a bit. "Or the Ursa Major." He chuckles a bit and watched the waves.

@Vuclan-is-tired

He nods and glances at the other. "Do you often come here?" He asks curiously, tilting his head a little bit in curiosity. He offers a kind little smile.

@ElderGod-Icefire

"When I can, yes. My father has me help him a lot, but…" he trailed off, shrugging his shoulders just a little bit. "I like to come here and sketch and all that."

@Vuclan-is-tired

Apollo perked up at that. "You sketch?" He asks cheerfully, "That's quite the skill to have." He offers a gentle smile. "Although it seems like your father is a bit… Difficult."

@Vuclan-is-tired

His eyes soften slightly, "Are you sure? I know I shouldn't pry, after all I'm a stranger." He chuckles softly and looks towards the sun. "But I could be wrong."

@ElderGod-Icefire

"Yes. It's fine." Icarus said. It wasn't, but he wasn't about to tell a perfect stranger about his father. Especially when his father's reputation was already in shambles, as Daedalus liked to rant about.

@Vuclan-is-tired

He nods slowly, humming softly and shutting his eyes. "If you're sure." He glanced at the other before looking back to the ocean. "What do you enjoy?" He asks curiously.

@ElderGod-Icefire

He hummed a little bit. "Drawing." He replied softly. "I don't know. I like…I like making things, but not the same way my father does."

@Vuclan-is-tired

He tilts his head. "Why should your father dictate what you like to make?" He asks curiously. He hummed, "What do you like to draw? What do you like to make?"

@ElderGod-Icefire

"I don't know. Pretty things. Useful things." he shrugged, thinking of the tiny creation in the making that he had set by his bed, tucked carefully out of the way where his father wouldn't find it and strip it for parts.

@Vuclan-is-tired

He nods and smiles a little bit. "Such as?" He liked pretty things. He tilts his head to the side slightly as he listened. This human, Icarus, was certainly interesting. He had heard his sister talking about Icarus and Daedalus, but he hadn't really paid attention because he was exhausted by the time he got home to his temple.

@ElderGod-Icefire

"I'm working on a mechanical bird right now. I left it back at my bed, but it's supposed to fly, when I'm done with it. I'm having trouble, though. It's not working the way I wanted it to, I might have to take it apart and rebuild it." He shrugged a little.

@Vuclan-is-tired

Apollo's eyes widened with curiosity. "A mechanical bird? That's fascinating!" He beams. "But that's part of the process, is it not? Pull it apart, make sure it works, if it does, great! If not, try again." He chuckles quietly and rests on his hands as he looks up at the other. "What else have you made?"

@ElderGod-Icefire

"Yes." He agreed. At the question, he thought for a moment. "Mainly small things, because it's easier to get the supplies and such from my father. I made a dragonfly pin…" He trailed off, searching the hemlines of his chiton until he found a small metal object, and unclipped it to hold it up. "This one. It can move, and do a few different things."

@Vuclan-is-tired

Apollo's eyes shone with curiosity. He beamed at that, his eyes scanning the dragonfly in the others hands. "That's really quite fascinating. You made this yourself?" He looked like a child, filled with wonder and eagerness. Like it was his birthday and he was opening a present. He hummed and tilts his head, looking as if he wanted to bombard Icarus with questions but keeping them shoved down so he could take in the beautiful machine.
