He nodded, eyes slipping shut.
He nodded, eyes slipping shut.
((When they're in the hospital, maybe??))
((okay))
Lulu had been offered a bed, but merely sat on it, a plasma tube connected to her arm through a bandage. Eric was lying down on his own bed opposite her, still sedated.
Eric groaned slightly, eyes blinking rapidly. "Shit…" He muttered, wincing slightly.
"Good morning," Lulu said with a small smile. "Glad to see you back."
"Mornin'." He muttered, sitting up. "How's your arm?"
"It's fine." She shrugged, not wanting to admit that it really hurt like hell. "How's your leg?"
"Hurts like a mother fucker, but I'll live." He said, leaning back on his hands.
"Alright. I guess you'll still be able to play."
"Thank God.." He said, relived.
"I mean, unless you're playing guitar with your leg," She said with a small laugh.
"That would be cool though…" He said, looking like he was thinking for once in his life.
"Yeah…okay. And I don't sing with my arm, so we're all good," She decided, crossing her legs. "Kath called your phone."
He started digging through his pocket, pulling out his phone and unlocking it. "Okay, let's hope she isn't panicking too bad…" He mumbled while calling her.
Lulu sat, tilting her head and watching him silently.
He winced when the phone was answered with worried yelling. "Kath, KitKat, I'm fine, promise, it's not bad- no, I'm not running with the mafia…"
Lulu stifled a laugh, glancing away for a moment before looking back at Eric. This might be interesting.
Eric chuckled slightly. "Promise I'll be fine, okay? Just keep your curly little head down for me, alright? Just till this gets figured out…"
He's actually kinda sweet, Lulu thought to herself, before blinking and shaking her head at herself. What on earth? This guy was her rival.
He smiled slightly, hanging up. "Alright, that's settled…"
"What'd she say?" Lulu asked, grinning and tilting her head again.
"A lot of worried screaming, trying to clam her down, getting her to agree to stay under the radar for her safety." He said, shrugging.
"Oh. Okay." She said, straightening. "Are we not gonna talk about what happened, or…?"
"Yeah, about that…" He said, taking out the folder. "Seems the only thing we have in common is the label."
