"Uhg, you." He muttered, before freezing as footsteps neared them. He shoved the papers away, putting the frame back on the wall and shoving the folder under his old leather jacket.
"Uhg, you." He muttered, before freezing as footsteps neared them. He shoved the papers away, putting the frame back on the wall and shoving the folder under his old leather jacket.
Lulu hesitated before pulling him under the desk and shutting the door with her foot, flipping off the light switch near the wall. "Just shut up."
He glared, trying to make himself smaller and less noticeable. Shit shit shit shit shit shit-
There was a voice. "That Jett girl, a few weeks or so?" Another voice laughed.
"Oh, with how week she is? I'd give it two!"
Eric freezed up. "No."
"I said shut up," She hissed, pressing a reluctant but firm hand over his mouth. What were they waiting for anyway? The folder said she was already taken, whatever that meant…and it still immensely bothered her why her and Eric's names were on that list.
Eric tried to push her hand away, freezing when the door opened.
Lulu shot him a warning look before looking down again, eyes burning holes into the floor. She hadn't been this angry in a while.
Eric was positive he just looked pissed. He was wrong. He looked as scared as he was, which was, frankly, absolutely terrified. His breathing was quick, as he pressed himself against the side of the desk and listened to the two people talk about some plans vaguely. Kurt Cobain, come save us…
Lulu glanced up at him, eyes wide as the voices faded away. She waited a couple seconds before letting out a breath and clenching her fist against the ground, punching the carpet lightly.
"…Did something fall, or was that outside?" One of the voices asked.
"Too quiet to have been in here. Let's see if we can find the other two."
They left, and Eric released a breath he hadn't noticed he had been holding.
"The other two…" Lulu realized, eyes growing wide as she stared at Eric. "The other two. I don't know who they are, but they're looking for us."
"They have Kathleen!" He said the second he got her hand away from his mouth.
"Yeah, but why do they want her?" She asked, scrambling out from behind the desk.
"I don't know! She never did anything to anyone!" He said, adjusting the folder. "I need to find her. And check on the others- shit, what if they did something- shit shit shit…" He started practically running to the door.
Anger started to boil up in Lulu again, and she bit her tongue to keep from yelling at him. "Eric," She hissed instead, "They're looking for us! We can't just…go outside!"
"Then how the hell do you expect us to get out?" He snapped.
"I don't…I don't know, okay?" She fumed, looking for all the world like a bull that had seen red. "Fine. Fine! Go save Kathleen. It's not like I care about you."
"Well, I don't care either!" He said, storming out. "Okay, where in this damn building could she be…"
"Probably in the same room you left her in," Lulu responded saltily, following him out.
"They said they took her!" He said, turning to face her.
"Does it look like I KNOW?" She finally yelled, biting her lip afterwards. Should not have said that.
"No!" He muttered, frustrated and running his hands through his hair.
"Exactly. And I would still like to know why our names were on that list!" She raged, punching her leg lightly.
"I don't fucking know! But I know they have my little sister, and I'm fucking finding her!" He yelled, running off.
((He tends to accidentally call her his little sister))
((oooooooooh fancy))
Lulu huffed loudly, running after him in a storm. "You don't have the same last names," She called to him.
He flipped her off as he kept walking. "Kath? KitKat? Kathleen?"
