Quinn looked over at him. "So. Where do you want to check first?" He asked. "For your family, I mean. I did some enquiries today, but didn't find anything."
Quinn looked over at him. "So. Where do you want to check first?" He asked. "For your family, I mean. I did some enquiries today, but didn't find anything."
"I don't know the city very well, where do you think we should check?" Antonio asked tilting his head a little though a big grin was on his face.
He thought for a moment. "I…have no idea. Do you know where they were staying?" He asked, raising his eyebrows.
Antonio thought for a moment. Now he was stuck in a lie, where would be a suitable place for his make believe family to live. Eventually he let out a long sigh, "I don't remember. Probably somewhere in the outskirts."
He made a soft sound, rubbing his face with his hands. "Fuck. Okay." he glanced at the door, shaking his head a little. "Okay."
"I'm sorry," Antonio replied a frown slipping onto his face. He felt bad about not having a place to give Quinn, "I really wished I could be more helpful."
"No, it's…the outskirts are so hard to regulate at this point, and…that's where a lot of the crime that happens around here happens. I'd..rather not go there in the evening. It isn't safe." he said, looking over at Tony.
"Ahhh," Antonio nodded realizing it was the place that fucked up not Tony. He kept frowning as he let out a sigh. "That's probably not great since the only time we can go out together is in the evenings correct?"
"Well…" he sighed. "I can take a day off work, but…" he shrugged his shoulders a little bit.
"You really can't," Antonio finished off for him. He hummed in deep thought, "I could be wrong, I just thought that's where they might be. I could also check out the area by myself."
Quinn shook his head quickly. "No I can do it." he said. "I just…it'll be fine. And you shouldn't go alone."
"If you're sure," Antonio shrugged a little though it wasn't in an attempt to shrug Quinn and his concerns off, "Then maybe not tonight though? You look really tired."
Quinn nodded, sitting down on the couch. "Yeah. Plus I don't want to go to the outskirts so late. It wouldn't be wise."
"I can agree with that," Antonio replied leaning against the couch from the back side, "Besides your a doctor, kind of, you need your rest."
Quinn hummed faintly, looking up at the ceiling for a moment. "Yeah." he said simply.
"Have you eaten yet?" Antonio asked after a moment or two of silence.
He shook his head. "No. Are you hungry?"
"Are you hungry?" Antonio asked back instead of responding.
"I asked first." Quinn replied, narrowing his eyes slightly at Tony.
"Okay, fine I'm a tad hungry," Antonio replied. He had had a small lunch and that was it, not wanting to exhaust Quinn's supplies more than nessecary, "Now you answer."
Quinn sighed faintly. "Yeah, I'm hungry, which is why I asked if you were." he replied with a quick smile.
"Well, at least we're both hungry," Antonio laughed a little as he quirked a smile at Quinn.
Quinn laughed, smiling back. "Yeah, there is that." he replied, standing up.
Antonio smiled and pushed up from the couch, "So does that mean food?"
Quinn nodded. "Mhm." He headed over to the kitchen to make something.
