"I'm making eggs, so would you mind making bacon or something?" He turned to his siblings as they came down. "Hey, did she show up last night?" They shook their heads. "Good. Good for nothing bitch…" He muttered under his breath.

(Heyyyy, so I know I haven't been on notebook for a long time, and I was wondering if you still wanted to keep this going? I just read through the rp and their relationship is so cute and I love it)
(Sure lol)
(Lol okay then)
Jayden nodded, turning on the stove to make some bacon. (I don't know how to make bacon so imma just pretend I do lol)
(Lmao same)
Taylor soon finished the eggs, but he seemed a little off. That wasn't uncommon after mention of his mother. He called his siblings into the room and distributed the food amongst them.
(lol)
Jayden finished making the bacon and followed Taylor, distributing the bacon amongst Taylor's siblings and not leaving any of themself, they weren't feeling that hungry anyway. So, they took what would have been their portion, and gave it to Taylor. "Here."
Taylor shook his head. "No, they need it more than I do." He gave the bacon to Maddy and Nolan instead.
Jayden sighed but nodded, leaning against the wall while sitting down. "Don't forget about yourself though."
"I'm okay, really… I'm an adult. They're just kids; they're growing, and they need food." Taylor sighed as well and allowed himself to lean against the counter.
"I know, and your body never stops growing and changing, you know." Jayden was worried about Taylor but they knew they should probably not be nosy.
Taylor shrugged. "Really, I'm fine… if I go hungry a few days, but they don't, I'm content."
"Fine, fine…" Jayden sighed. "I won't be nosy anymore."
He nodded and quietly watched his younger siblings eat, making sure they were okay. When they were done, he washed the dishes and checked them over to be absolutely sure their mother hadn't hurt them.
Jayden helped Taylor wash the dishes and glanced at his younger siblings, wanting to help in some way or do something as they looked around.
Once Taylor was positive that Maddy and Nolan were okay, he let them go off to play. He sighed softly when they were out of earshot. "I'm so tired…"
"Wanna go sleep? I'll watch them and make sure they're okay, if you want of course," Jayden offered, glancing at Maddy and Nolan as they went to play.
"I mean, like… mentally tired. Physically tired too, I guess, but the mental stuff… I can't fix it so easily." He ran his fingers through his hair.
"Well, you're physically tired so get sleep," Jayden replied, wanting him to rest.
"Mm…" Taylor slowly slid to the floor and leaned against the counter. He seemed exhausted and weak, and probably a bit hungover from last night.
Jayden's face clearly showed worry as they looked at him. "Go to one of the rooms, I can tell how exhausted you are."
"Nah, I'm… I'm gonna just… lay here…" Taylor curled up on the ground and drew in a shaky breath.
"You okay?" Jayden asked with a hint of worry, glancing at Maddy and Nolan every so often.
Taylor was already unconscious by the time Jayden asked, curled up on the floor weakly. There were dark circles under his eyes and it was pretty obvious he hadn't slept well in a while.
Jayden sighed softly and glanced at the dark circles under his eyes, making a mental note to let Taylor sleep as long as he could.
"Ray?" Nolan called, coming into the kitchen when he received no response. He stopped and watched Taylor worriedly for a few seconds. "Is he okay?" He asked Jayden.
