She leaned into him slightly Andy shook her head with a teasing glare, “my love, you have pleanty of completion. Just ask Chire about the Southern pack. Way too many single males.” She cringed and rolled her eyes before going back to the box, pulling out more photos as well as a tarnished silver box, careful not to get it near Min
He let out a sigh against her neck before leaning back when she pulled out the silver box.
"Yeah no thank you. Id rather not have worry about getting ripped apart by five different horny guys" he says before looking at all of the boxes around them. He was quite in a teasing, mischevious mood, but he wasnt about annoy her.
"So whats in the death box?" He asked
She huffed a laugh and nodded in agreement. “Yeah, not the best time in the world, believe me. Nothing’s worse than a heck ton of males with a cumulative brain cell of two and the urgings that come in springtime.” She has grown more relaxed since the hunters had left, though the fact that they now knew a wolf was among them as well as a vampire forced her to raise her guard up a bit. She knew immortals we’re allowed to co-exist with humans, though it wasn’t as common, therefor not many laws were in place yet to keep them safe from each other. On top of that, hunting either party wasn’t necessarily illegal either. If any hunter got word that she and Min as well as the pack were any sort of threat, they’d be dead. She took a deep breath to calm her nerves and pulled on a small smile, determined to not let this thoughts haunt her.
“Again, not really sure. Zizi never really mention Natalia (I have a slight plot for her?) after the accident. She probably found this place and used it to store all the bad memories. She’s carefully opened the box and pulled out two necklaces, both crescent moons.
(Oh now im curious)
He put a light hand on her back, in attempt to comfort her uneasiness any way he could. No he couldnt go all Edward Cullen and read her mind, but he felt the uneasy nerves in the small room. And he was going to try to do anything to help rid her of that, even though he was terrible with his words.
Looking down at the necklaces she pulled out of the box, he raised an eyebrow.
"Whos Natalia again?" He asked, silently cursing his own forgetfulness in case she had already told him who that was.
She leaned into his gentle touch, grateful for his silent comfort. She noticed that one of the necklaces was burning her hand slightly and quickly put it down, tilting her head animalistically as she studied them in the silver box. Wolves wouldn’t wear iron, even in small amounts. Most amounts of iron severely burned them. She imagined the necklace would have been worn most of the time so it wouldn’t have been fatal over time. She glanced back at Min and pointed to the two women who seemingly looked like they were in their 20s though it was hard to tell with wolves. “Zizi’s mate. They were together for years, completely inseparable. From what little she told me, and from what dad had told me, they had been in love since they were kids.” She said with a soft smile. “From what I know, Natalie died in a car crash. She was heading back from an event or something and got hit by another car or something. The details were never really clear.”
The iron glinted in Mins eyes, concern filling his gaze as she put down the necklace. He wanted to take her hand and be all worried for her, which he was. On the inside.
Min-Hyuk let out a sympathetic sigh when she told about Zizi's mate. He couldnt imagine.
Min had never truly "lost" someone he loved. Other than his mother forgetting about who he is. He was still glad she was alive and doing well. Sure he cared that his mom forgot about him and not his little sister, but to him it didnt matter as much. He wasnt the selfish type per say.
Persing his lips together, the cold lip ring poking his bottom lip a little as he did so, he looked around the room momentarily.
"So….why are these belongings in here? Is this your grandmothers place or something?"
She’s looked around as well and shrugged “not really sure. I don’t think this is her house. Zizi never really did have a physical home. She preferred to live in the woods under the stars, not really under a roof.” She said, slowly stand and scanning over the rest of the boxes to see if anything else caught her eye. She held her hand close to her chest, careful not to brush it against anything that would agitate the burn.
“I don’t get why one is iron though…” she mused aloud. She glanced back at Min for a moment before it clicked.
He cursed himself under his breath for not having brought his bag. Being the protective older brother he was, he was always worried about his little sister getting hurt so he always had a small first aid kit in his bag.
"Was it Natalie's place? That woukd explain the pictures… or did she not have a place either?" He asked looking at the box. He had a few questions about this building but he figured she was almost as clueless as him as to what or whos this place was.
When she said the thing about the iron a light lit up. "Wait a minute. What if it was a hunters? I mean ive hesrd of people stupidly making things out of iron to keep beings like us away from it." He shrugged
Val shook her head “I’m not sure. Zizi never told if if she had a home.”
She came back over and sat beside him. “Why would she want to stay away from her? They were mates. I don’t think she’d want intentionally hurt her. Besides, why would there be a matching one if it was meant for that purpose.” She said, looking down at the two necklaces in the box again. She shifted into a wolf and started licking the burns, hoping to calm the sting down a bit
"Hm okay" he mumbled lowly, fidgetingnwith his lips ring as he crossed his legs. He still wondered if it were a hunters place but he figured that was enough for tonight. It was already dark out. He didnt want any more hunters, or wolves finding them. He didnt particularly favor being puppy chow tonight.
"Does your brother expect you home by a certain time? I dont want him to hate me by keeping you out late"
Val ceased her licking and shook her head back and forth before shifting and taking out her phone. “He never really specified, though I can assume he want some be back around midnight or something.” She said with a shrugged, not too worried about it.” She arched an eyebrow and smirked at him. “Ah, So I see you’re warming up to Chire I assume, seeing that you’re now concerned about when he expect some me home.” She’s laughed softly and teasingly nudged her arm. “Don’t worry, Chire wouldn’t be upset if knew I stayed out all night with you.”
(Would you possibly be interested in crossover rp including Chire and a love interest? It doesn’t have to follow the same time line as this one but mention of characters would be fine. If you’re not interested it’s completely fine, just an idea :D)
(0.0? Id love to! That sounds fun! Have you like already made it in the forums or something?)
Min-Hyuks face heated up and turned red at her comment. Rather scandalous thoughts ran through his head before he quickly regained his confidence and composed himself.
"And what might happen if you would?" He asked in a whisper, leaning into her a little bit
“I’m not sure, though it seems you a few ideas. Do I want to know what’s running through your head right now?” She asked, a light blush on her cheeks as she leaned into him as well, her golden eyes shining in the little moonlight that seeped through the attic ceiling.
“Surprisingly, I think Chire trust a you, at least on some level. Though I wouldn’t push that far just yet, love.” She murmured, gently lacing her hand with his and pressing a kiss to his knuckles.
Leaning in a bit closer, her golden eyes captivating him. It was so easy to get lost in them. When she basically rejected him and his motions, He let out a sigh with a chuckle "darn" he shook his head.
"Well i mean, Chires not supposed to know what we do anyway" he winked
Val’s blush rose more to her cheeks at his little wink. “No I guess you’re , though he has his ways of finding out.” She mused, leaning in as close as she dared towards him. “Tell me, what would you have us do on this gorgeous night, hm?” She purred softly, raising an eyebrow.
(Sorry it’s so short!)
(Thats fine hun! You gave me plenty to work with!♡)
Min-Hyuk didnt expect her to return the favor of flirtatiousness, but he definitely wasnt complaining about the fact.
"The onlynway Chires gonna know something happened tonight is if one of us spills the secret" He purred, leaning in closer, his hand went towards her hip and his lips hovered over hers. The cold breathe of the vampire smelled of a soft mint and light lavender.
"Why dont we just…" his eyes flickered to her lips for a second before a daring smirk came across his lips "see where tonight takes us hm?"
She rolled her eyes playfully and wrapped an arm around him, her hand twining into his hair. She shivered slightly when his hand came to rest on her waist, his cool touch comforting to her.
“You sneaky little creature.” She murmured, shaking her head, causing their noses to rub together.
“I love you, Min-hyuk” she whispered softly, closing the gap between then and kissing him tenderly.
He chucked ever so softly when their noses rubbed together, her voice soothing to him.
Before he could return her words, he kissed her back, the warmth of her lips and her body…oh he could stay with her forever. Not letting reality set in, he leaned into the thought. The hope that he could be with her forever. Not worrying about a single thing in that moment of pure bliss.
He longed for the warmth he never had and she was there. Right in front of him.
Butterflies fluttered around in his chest before traveling to his mind and clouding it with just thoughts of her and how he loved her.
The hand around her waist slipped under her shirt to her back, loving the softness while the other hand went to her hair, running through it as he kissed her.
Pure bliss exactly. She’s took in a shaky breath when she felt Min’s hand on her back but slowly eased into his touch as she got used to the coolness of Thebes vampire she had grown to love so dearly over the past year. She leaned her head in his other hand, a small growl of appreciation escaping her. With each unite that passed by as they kissed, the more she was reminded that despite this not being what was expected, it was something real. Something she would never have with another male wolf. A mates love. More than mortal love, a love between a wolf and their partner that was beyond comprehension.
Min-Hyuk pulled away ever so slightly before it could get too steamy. Thougj he didnt mind that part. "Are you sure you want this…i mean…with me? Chire wouldnt like it too much" he teased, his lips brushing up against hers as a warm breath escaped them. Noticing how his breath was actually warm for once, he smiled at the fact. Having her so close to him must have been the cause.
(Im sorry its short. My thumbs hurt from typing up that template XD)
(its okay!)
Val flicked her eyes up to his, her eyes a deep amber. She’s not her lip in thought, wanting to say yes immediately and give into her desire but she remembered something her mother had told her when she was younger about mates. “Would you be okay with waiting a bit? It’s not because of Chire or you. I just want to wait a bit longer…” she trailed off a bit, knowing that this was primarily a wolf thing and not something most mortals or immortals did. She looked away, slightly embarrassed “we have this ceremony when a wolf finds their mate. Not marriage but something just as intimate and special.” She’s blushed softly, thinking about it. “We don’t have to do it of course! And we don’t have t have to call each other mates! Just something I grew up with learning about…” She’s took a small peek at him, scared that she was moving too quickly.
He held her there with a soft smile before kissing her forehead and pulling her close into a hug. "Of course. Im willing to wait as long as you need" he chuckled softly "and i would hope to be called your mate missy" he says pulling away and looking at her.
Min-Hyuk was glad he stopped and asked her that, figuring something like that would pop up. And he had no problem with it whatsoever. He found it cute she would want to do that anyway.
She feather a sigh of relief and pressed a kiss to his lips, drawing it out a bit. “Thank you, Min, really.” She said softly, nudging her head against his and wrapping her arms around him.
“You are. Completely my mate. As I am yours.” She murmured, leaning into his hold and nuzzling I to his neck, pressing small little kisses to his skin, careful to avoid the scared wounds.
He only smiled at her words, taking in a soft breath and leaning into her neck kisses. Min could tell she was avoiding the scars on his neck, which he was surprised she remembered.
Though they were pretty visible. It was hard to forget about.
Not saying anything about it, he stayed silent and enjoyed the moment for a little while longer, returning her kisses every now and again. Cherishing the warmth of her body in his arms, as he knew he would miss her as soon as she left his embrace.
"We should probably at least leave this house for now. We can come back tomorrow maybe. I wanna try to clean this place up" he says.
The dust kicking up wasnt the best but the eeriness made him sleepy.
