He blinked, then a Cheshire grin slowly grew over his lips as he leaned on the picnic table, propping his chin on his fist. "Is that so?" he purred. He watched her closely, focus mainly on her lips as she ate. She'd taste like ice cream, he randomly thought. "Well, I can't say I'm entirely opposed to the idea." His tongue brushed over the lip ring.
Her face turned even brighter red and she glanced at him and his Cheshire grin while finishing her ice cream, "Alright then..let me finish this first," She said, turning her attention to the ice cream in hopes of making her face at least a little bit less red.
He stuck out his bottom lip in a childish pout. "Awww." His heart beat just a tiny bit faster at the prospect of kissing her again. Her lips were like a drug, and he was already addicted.
"Hold your horses bud, I'm almost done." She finished and set the bowl down, looking at him and trying to stop her face from heating up again as she focused in his lips and thought of kissing him again.
He leaned forward until their faces were mere inches apart, slowly licking his lips again as his gaze darted down to hers. "Ready when you are, Princess," he murmured, flicking his gaze back up to her eyes.
(Again, sry it's short)
Jynna looked into his eyes and bit her lip, slowly bringing her face closer to his and pressing her lips to his.
He turned his body so that he was completely facing her, then tilted his head to put more pressure into the kiss. His arm snaked around her waist and gently pulled her closer.
She did indeed taste like a mixture of her ice cream and his. Small butterflies erupted in his stomach.
She reached up and rested a hand on his shoulder gently, quite happy she got to kiss him again. Butterflies started forming in her stomach and she kissed him slightly harder, feeling her face heat up a little from being close to him again.
He sighed in contentment, oddly happy to be kissing Jynna. When she kissed him slightly harder, he couldn't help the smile that crept up his lips.
Jynna felt him smile and a small smile made its way onto her face as well. "How was that?" She asked once she broke the kiss and looked at him, the blush fading from her cheeks.
Instead of answering, and leaned down and lightly kissed her again. Her lips were definitely a drug. He couldn't get enough.
She didn't complain in the least when he kissed her again, instead moving her hand on his shoulder towards the back of his neck. The butterflies came back and a realization hit her. She was falling for him. Faster than she thought she was.
He pulled back and pressed a single featherlight kiss on her jaw. That was all he was allowing himself to do. Just until they got their relationship–or whatever it was–sorted out.
"We should probably go on that ride," he said against her skin. His arms were somehow wrapped around her waist. He didn't remember doing that…
"I suppose," She agreed, taking a moment to glance over at the horses and smile. Jynna slowly took her hand off of his shoulder and kissed him on the jaw before motioning to his arms, "That means you gotta let go of me."
He smirked. "Not necessarily." He grabbed her waist and slung her over his shoulder as he stood. He then headed to the horses, laughing as he carried her.
A squeak came from her and she flushed when she was slung over his shoulder, "Rhydar, put me down," She whined, a small grin appearing on her face, "I don't want you to drop me."
"I won't drop you, " he promised. "I may be skinny, but I do have some muscle y'know." He continued to walk towards the horses.
She grabbed onto his shirt just incase before answering, "I don't doubt you have muscle, I just don't trust that you won't drop me."
He reached the pasture and slipped Jynna off of his shoulder, gently setting her on the fence so that she was now facing him. "See? I didn't drop you," he said with a smirk. He leaned on the fence, his hands on either side of her legs as he looked up at her.
Jynna rolled her eyes, a smile working its way onto her face as she look at him, "True, you didn't drop me, I suppose you earn a little more of my trust."
He flashed a cocky smile. "Just a little? I would've thought I'd get at least a good-sized chunk of trust."
"Hm….maybe I could make the chunk of trust slightly bigger," She said, the smile turning into a small grin.
He nodded seriously. "Better. Now then." He jumped over the fence and grabbed her waist to help her off as well. The horses were already trotting over to greet them. "Let's go riding, shall we?"
She nodded and glanced from his hands on her waist to the horses, "Can I ride Dani?" She asked, spotting the black and white pinto coming over with the other horses but keeping her distance like usual from the group.
He chuckled. "If she lets you." He whistled for Thunder, and the stallion pushed his way through the others. Rhydar smiled as he petted the horse's snout and patted his cheek. "Whaddya say to a little ride, huh buddy?" The stallion nickered excitedly.
