Jin blushed a bit but said nothing as he followed her. Levi was beyond confused. He went up to Jin, pulled him back before he got in the elevator "wait…whats happening between you two? Are you together?"
Jin smiled "Nah, i haven't a clue. I'm guessing flirting. Whatever it is, i like it" he whispered as he shrugged, sauntering to the elevator.
Laura pressed the bottom floor button and turned to them as the doors closed. She leaned against the wall gently as they headed downward. "So, who's driving? A better question, do either of you drink? Cause if you do I'm driving." She asked with her normal smile. She wasn't rude about it, just taking precaution.
Jin leaned against the elevator wall "i do drink, but i didnt plan on drinking here." He says casually. Levi simply nodded. "Im not drinking. Though every now and then wine is pretty good" he says as the elevator opened.
She nodded. "Alright, then who wants to drive? I don't mind, but you may be squished in the back, I barely fit my belongings to get up here." She ticked her finger as she stepped out of the elevator.
"Well we can take my car. It's roomy and clean" Levi decides to speak up.
(Sorry it's so short, I'm trying to reply to all 25 roleplays i have to reply to at the moment)
(You're good! I can wait next time, just push mine last ;))
Laura turned to him and smiled. "Alrighty! If you really don't mind." She smiled walking over to the glass front doors. She pushed it open the evening air blowing her hair out of her face. "Gentlemen." She giggled holding the door for them.
"M lady" Jin says holding the other door open for her just for fun. Levi simply walked past the double doors casually. "Thank you ladies" he says as he did. "H-hey!! Im no lady!" Jin exclaimed
Laura laughed as Levi walked through the doors. She watched Jin's flustered state and giggled harder. "My you two are already close, my roommate seems to hate me." She half joked swaying her hips as she shuffled to Levi's car.
"That's because she's insane," he says casually as he opened the door for Laura. The car was a simple black and white, though incredibly sleek. then getting into the passenger's side. "Do you know where it is? Because i have no idea" he says starting the car.
She smiled and pulled up the directions with her phone. "Here, easier than me trying to explain." She laughed putting it in between the passenger and driver seat.
He nodded and backed out of the parking lot and onto Mainstreet after about 30 seconds.
After about 2 minutes they reached the restaurant. He looked up at the building and sighed. It definitely wasn't his cup of tea, but he was handing out with his friends, so he would sacrifice.
"Do they serve salads here?" He asks Laura as he turned to her. Jin had beaten Levi to the door and opened it for her.
She nodded a bit. "They honestly just picked a name. It's really misleading. They have pretty much anything here." She replied making it to the door, smiling. She gave a simple nod to Jin with a smile. "Thank you good sir!" She giggled heading to the waiter, waiting to place them at a table. "Hello, how many do we have today?" He asked smiling gently. Laura blinked a few times, then grinned. "Freddie Ray? Is that really you?" She asked excited. He gave her a proper look down and smiled even bigger. "Lar! How are you?" He asked excited. He came around and gave her a big hug.
Levi was taken back by this, but he wasn't surprised. Laura was a really nice girl, so of course, she would have friends everywhere. Though that hug was a little….too long for Levis comfort. He felt….almost protective of her but he quickly shook the feeling. Or tried to at least. "Three" Levi spoke up as he looked down at the man with a monotone voice.
Freddie looked at Levi and leaned over and whispered to her. "You got yourself a hottie I see." He teased. She smiled and playfully shoved him. "Freddie, this is Levi, Levi, Freddie." She introduced. "Oh and that's Jin." She pointed to Levi's roommate. Freddie let off a good natured smile and stuck his hand out. "Nice to meet you."
Levi didn't take his hand, though Jin quickly did. "Why hello~" he purred with a wink as he shook his hand.
Levi stayed serious and pokerfaced as he turned to Laura. "So where shall we be sitting" he says as his British accent came out a little more. He always did that when he was a got nervous.
Laura turned to Levi. "Well Freddie should know." She joked. Freddie awkwardly pulled away and grabbed menus. "Follow me!" He said leading them to a table.
They followed Laura and Freddie quietly. Jin was in the back cringing at himself. Levi was looking around at everything skeptically. His paranoia was getting the best of him.
He seemed to forget that he was trapped in a mental ward for so long.
Laura saw the two both seemed out of sorts. She slowed her pace and stood besides Levi. "Hey, are you alright?" She asked tenderly. She put a hand on his shoulder gently.
He jumped at her touch "oh…yeah in fine. I just got lost in thought. Are you sure this place has salad?" He asked trying to make it seem like that was what he was thinking about.
She nodded confident. "Absaloutly. I can probably even have it made special for you." She smiled gently rubbing his arm. She pulled hers away and fell back a few steps next to Jin. "You good man?" She half joked.
"What? pfft, of course" he says laughing and waving it off.
He slid into the rather fancy booth for a pizzeria, and patted the seat next to him for Laura to sit in. Levi slid into the other end quietly.
It didn't matter to him where she sat.
She rolled her eyes playfully at sat next to Jin smiling. Freddie set the menus on the table. "Your waitress will be out in a sec." He winked and walked back towards the front. Laura un-folded the menu and glanced at it hair falling over her face as she scanned it.
Levi picked up the menu, "oh would you look at that, they do have salad" he says with a little smile. he looked up to the two from across the table then he looked back at the menu. Jin looked at him wide eyed and silently nudged Laura. "He's smiling…" He whispered to Laura.
Yes, in the short time of knowing Levi, Seong-Jin had figured out that Levi….never smiles. Only on his own private time. He's walked in on him smiling to himself as he was taking a phone of a flower on his desk, though never again.
Laura looked up at Levi and gave a gentle smile. "See I told you." She said tilting her head up to get it out of her face. She looked at Jin and gave him a small smile. Then their waitress came with a perky attitude. "Hello! I hope you all are having a good day today, my name is Camila and I'll be your waitress tonight! Can I get you started with some drinks tonight?" She asked smiling. Laura turned to the waitress glowing with a grin. "Can I get a Acqua frizzante al limone?" She smiled looking at the waitress. She nodded and turned to the boys. "What about you?"
"Could i just get a pineapple pizza? Extra cheese" Jin spoke up with a smile. Levi looked up from the menu and up to the peppy waiter. Gosh her voice was annoying.
"Salad? Surprise me, though make sure it's clean…" He says handing her the menu. He never really went out anywhere like this. He always went to the overly fancy places to eat. He never cooked at home either.
He started thinking back to when he did have home-cooked meals.
He quickly pushed the thoughts from the time away and focused on the present.
