Laura Trainer hummed as she pulled up to the school. It was her first year, even though she was 23. She had finally gotten into her dream college and was ready to get started. This was what she had been waiting for. She grabbed her backpack off the passenger seat, and left the rest of her belongings in the car. She walked towards the large registration building and swung the door open walking in.
(Should they be in the same year? If not i might make him a sophomore)
(You can go ahead and do that, it'll be interesting! An older freshmen, and a younger sophomore.)
(Ooh i like it XD
Levi James had just got to the college building from visiting his mom. Who was yes, in fact in jail for murder. But he didn't mention that to anyone. He walked into the building straightening the collar of his fancy white button-up. One hand with a black glove on and the other bare, his handkerchief in the front pocket of his nice black jeans. A sleek black phone in his back pocket, screen protector and of course an otter box phone case that was black and white. He sauntered through the big doors with confidence. The too good for everyone here look on his face. 22 Sophomore, Levi James. The stuck up jerk of a clean freak. Everyone knew about who he was. At the top of his grades. Getting the girls that only cared about money and his body. Known for rejection. Blunt as always. Levi James, you either hate him or you love him.
(Haha)
Laura started walking over to the registration desk, and shifted her backpack on her shoulder. She was almost there when her ankle gave way. The heel of her boot slipped from under her, and she was now on the ground. She let out a yelp of pain as her ankle collapsed and her wrist bent under the weight of her body. She flushed out of embarrassment and slowly pushed herself up.
(It's so.true though!)
Levi sighed and looked at the girl who had fallen on the ground. He looked around if anyone would help, but they were the only. ones around.
He stood above her, look down with his piercing blue eyes glaring daggers at her. He held out his gloved hand to.her before she could push herself up. "Miss? Are you hurt?" He says as his normal curl falls in his face, over his forehead.
She jumped a bit at the sound of his voice. "I-I'm alright." She said gently taking his hand. She stood and winced at the pressure on her ankle, but stayed stable. "Thank you." She said letting go of his hand. She brushed herself off a bit, her hair falling over her eyes.
He helped her up and looked down at her ankle, then back at her face. If he weren't OCD he would have tucked her hair behind her ear. Then he looked at his glove and thought "might as well". And with that he ever so gently tucked the hair behind her ear and out of her face, revealing her gorgeous eyes. He always thought eyes were gorgeous. But these were different. He then gestured to her ankle. " that looked like it hurt. The nurses office is close. Yeah I know its a college but" he shrugged. "Anyway, do you need assistance?"
He usually wouldn't be this nice. But if someone's hurt, he wasn't going to just stand around and not help.
She flinched when he tucked her hair behind her ear. She looksed at his eyes, most beautiful things. She listened to his voice feeling lovely at the sound. "I think I should be ok." She said trying to take a step forward, but her ankle decided it didn't want to cooperate. She tripped again right into him. She gasped when she fell into him. "I'm so, so, so, sorry!" She apologized putting her hands on his chest.
(Oh golly he doesn't know how to react! See he's super stuck up and a jerk, but he gets flustered so easily)
He looked down at her with his face flushed red. "Uh….i don't believe you. Let's go." He says avoiding her eyes. He turned to the lady at the front desk, who was lowkey fangirling. "Levi James. You know me ill be taking uh.." He looked at Laura for her name.
"Laura Trainer." She said simply embarrassed. She avoided the gaze of almost anybody she could.
"Pretty name" he mumbled to himself. "I'll be escorting Laura to the nurses" he says to the lady. He then turns to Laura. "Well if we're going to go i wouldn't still be leaning on me," he says with an obvious red face "or can you not walk?" He says in his British accent. He was willing to carry her. He truly thought nothing of it
She flushed. "I-I might need your support, but I can walk some." She said clearly embarrassed.
"Are you sure? I could carry you. As long as you're clean that is. Though you appear to be. You can never be too sure with people" he mumbled the last part.
Her face grew a deeper red. "I-uh-I." She didn't know how to respond to that. "N-no? I mean, yes? I mean- I'm fine." She said stedying herself with his forearm.
"Okay" he says as he started to walk down the hall, passing the lecture halls and the normal classrooms. His phone rang, the simple text notification. He answered the phone "hello? No. I said no. She's not dead, is she? Okay, then leave her be unless you want your finger bitten off. Okay. I warned you. Don't come crying to me" and with that, he wedged his phone back in his pocket and they took a sharp turn into the nurse's office, he grabbed his handkerchief and pulled the door open for.her.
She did a weird hop skip thing and made it into the nurse's office. She wasn't going to mention the before conversation on the phone, and just mind her business. She looked at him once she had made it into the office. "Thank you." She said slightly.
"Yeah, no problem" he gave a slight now to her. Only to be polite. He looked in and saw no one else in there. "The nurse isn't here….hm," he says quickly walking in, folding the handkerchief neatly and sliding it in his pocket. "Here, sit down. The beds comfier, but not too comfy. The chairs are worse though. Choose wisely." He says as he opened the cabinet doors and got the wrap. "I think this is what you would use for a sprained ankle…..right?" He says to.himself raising a brow and examining it. "It is clean…thats good."
She hobbled over to the bed, and sat down carefully. She watched as he scrounged the cabinets skillfully. Or at least from her point of view. "Do you need help?" She asked politely. She started to slide towards the edge of the bed.
