"I do not see how," Lucifer said with a slight raise of his eyebrows at the bright frog Scipio grabbed. "Puns are less than decent humor. I thought you'd understand."

"I do. I said frogs don't deserve decent humor; just puns." Scipio released the frog and let it swim.

Lucifer glanced down at the frog as it swooshed around, watching the water churn. "Hm. Alright, then. Decent humor, just puns." He rose a hand for the frog in the water and cupped it up.

"Are there other animals down here or just frogs?" Scipio asked, settling himself down in the water.

"Yeah, some Demons have cats and dogs. I've been thinking about getting a bigger animal but there's a lot of work and food that goes into it," He responded with a sigh.

Scipio nodded. "Do you have anything other than frogs? Like… any pets?"

"Nope, just these fuckers that come in through the stream." He sighed and let the frog down again.

"Mm…" Scipio was quiet for a few seconds. "I like them." He finally decided with a small nod, staring off into space.

"You do, huh? Well, you're free to take as many as you'd like," He decided with a nod in return, yawning faintly as the room fell into silence.

A frog jumped onto Scipio's head and he flinched, but quickly relaxed. He glanced up to see if he could see it.

Lucifer looked across the bath and moved, plucking the frog off of his head after drifting over. He opened Scipio's hands and set it back down into his hands.
"They like hair."

"Mm… I've been told my hair is soft as well, so maybe they like that." Scipio made eye contact with the frog, which whistled quietly.

"Mm." He turned his back and floated off to his spot again, settling back down and stretching out. He sunk down deeper into the water so only his shoulders and head was peeking out.

Scipio set the frog on his shoulder and picked up a couple more, putting them on his other shoulder and his head. "I am the frog king." He said with a grin.

Lucifer watched with a soft snicker at Scipio. He was such a dork. A few more frogs swam over to the latter, waving their little legs and trying to join their new king.

Scipio put another frog on his head, laughing quietly. They seemed content to just croak and perch themselves on him. A couple frogs watched him curiously from further away.

A few frogs who were put on his head by force took the free fall off of his head and plopped into the water. Lucifer cupped his hands for them, and they gravitated towards him as if he were a magnet.

Scipio held out his arms so the frogs could stand on them. "There really are a lot of them in here… woah!" He picked up a frog that had sat in his lap. "That's not very polite." He laughed again and released the frog.

Lucifer watched with the couple of frogs that had come over. The pervy frog who went to Scipio's lap went to Lucifer's, who just kind of pushed it away. "I told you they're everywhere, and annoying as hell."

"Meh… I've met far more annoying humans." Scipio shrugged, careful not to let any of the frogs fall. He had around seven or eight on him by now.

Scipio probably would have more if it weren't for the frogs who liked to free fall off of his shoulders and arms. Lucifer watched as frogs just hopped off of him, smiling a bit. Frogs were weird.

"They don't talk, which is a clear improvement. They do screech though…" As if on cue, a couple of the frogs he had squealed loudly.

Lucifer turned his attention to the pair who squealed. The frogs Lucifer was holding whistled back, and soon all of them were in a chorus of whistles and squeals.

"Oh shit. I've made a mistake." Scipio laughed at the frog's screeching. "Are the toads just here to keep the frogs in line?"

"You've created something terrible," Lucifer commented, setting the frogs back into the water. "I dunno. There's still some toads in the bottom."
