Silver grinned, pulling up a second bucket and dumping it on the other, before going back to pull up a second for himself.

Lee stiffed up at the water drenching him and his clothes. But it cooled him off instantaneously. "Holy cow!" He yelped. "Honestly that's exactly what I needed!" He laughed, wringing out his shirt.
Max barked happily, shaking the water out of his fur

Silver laughed, Pulling up another bucket and throwing it on himself, brushing hair out of his face as he went to draw another bucket.

Lee's chuckling died down as Silver drenched himself in more water. Oh… Oh my gosh…. He found himself staring at him, admiring the way he brushed away his silvery hair from his face.
He quickly snapped out of it, flushing. "Aah… I think that's enough… I need to head inside to change and dry off…"

Silver watched him go, eyebrow raised, he knew his shirt was probably showing everything as it clung to his skin. But he wasn't expecting that reaction. "Well now…." he mused, smirking to himself.

Lee headed inside, letting Max follow him. I know those chances are extremely low… I just need to stop thinking that way! He went on upstairs and headed into his bedroom, grabbing a towel on the way. “Now I’m totally drenched… But I truthfully needed something like that in this sorta heat…”

Silver watched the house for a moment, heading towards it and flopping on the shady porch, letting the shear heat dry him off. "Hmmm that reaction…. I wonder…." Silver smiled deviously, thinking about what to do with this possibility.

Lee made sure the curtain was closed and that the door was shut before he began changing. I don’t really know… I just met him the other day, how can it go that fast??? He dried himself off when he could, and put new clothes on — simple pants with a t-shirt. Who knows…
He picked up his sopping wet clothes and put them up in the bathroom to dry off, coming back outside to see Silver sitting on the porch still wet, and Max laying on his back in the sun. “So you’re gonna stay out here?” He asked the both of them.

Silver looked up at him, "It's better than trying to walk home in this heat." he said, "Stars I think I needed that." he watched Lee carefully, knowing full well the his shirt was clinging like it was skin tight.

“That makes sense…” He glanced away every so often not only to make it seem like he wasn’t staring, but because he needed to give his eyes a break from glaring at Silver for so long. “I mean… of course.” You can’t always assume people are like that.

"See something you like?" asked Silver playfully, watching Lee's movements.

“H-Huh?” Lee stammered as he tried to find his words. He shrugged and shifted around quite a bit, totally shaken up. “I mean…. I— I—“ He was totally flushed. How could he embarrass me like this!!?

Silver laughed, he wasn't quite expecting that reaction, "Stars you're adorable…" he said, blushing when he realized he'd said it aloud.

"Th-Thanks??" A squeamish grin came across Lee's face as it got sunburnt red. I bet he's just… Trying to hit on me!?… Adorable???… Adorable…. He repeated the word several times and covered his face with his hands. Dear me…

Silver was red with embarrassment… "Wow we're a couple of fools…" he said, unable to keep himself from smiling at Lee's flustered reactions.

Lee wiped his face and put his hands down. "I guess we are…"
Max jumped up and barked, leaping to Lee and getting upon him like he was giving him a hug.
"Aww, you want upsies?" Lee reached down and picked up his entire dog in his arms. "There you go…" He said cutely.

Silver laughed, "I say it again… you're adorable!"

Max licked Lee's face and whined with joy.
"…You better be talking to my dog," He said, Or my heart will practically explode….

"Honestly I can't decide who's more adorable, the dog, or you" he said teasingly, blushing as he said it.

Lee's face soured, but he smiled. "Oh, please…." He flushed. "Now you're just trying to flatter me."

"I'm not I mean it!" said Silver in protest, a bit surprised at the way Lee's face changed.

Max licked his face and nuzzled into him as Lee held him up. "W-Well… I mean…." He shifted his weight as things began to heat up – both inside and out. "I guess I can be??… I don't know…."

Silver buried his face in his hands.. "Boy I messed this up…" he said sheepishly,
