"If he ends up murdering someone, I was never here." She giggled. "I'm not going to prison because of your stupid ass."

Jax gasped dramatically. “Me?? Murder? Never! Besides Ethan would bail us out so it’d all be okay in the end. But anyway I just want to talk.”
“Jax every time you want to ‘talk’ with someone you either end up getting in a fight with them or hooking up with them. There’s no in between with you.” Ethan replied calmly.
Jax opened his mouth to protest but apparently couldn’t find anything to counter and just shrugged. “Yeah that’s pretty much true.”

"Oh so you don't protest with him but whenever I'm right you give me attitude, I see how it is!" She scoffed dramatically.

“Okay but like….I really had no defense against that one.” Jax shrugged
“After a certain amount of time he’s learned his place.” Ethan replied coolly with an uncharacteristic smirk.
“Ooooh kinky”
Ethan merely chuckled.

She looked between the two with an amused smile. "If I didn't know any better, I'd swear that you two were more friends with benefits than anything."

“People do say that a lot but Jax is too annoying.”
“Okay now you’re just being rude” Jax pouted.

"That's why I said if I didn't know any better. I do. And I know you wouldn't do that to yourself. You wouldn't subject yourself to that kind of torture." She giggled.

“Both of you are just big bullies.” Jax whined

"Again, you know you love me." She flashed an innocent smile.

“I’m reconsidering now.” He grumbled as Ethan just drove them with that same grin on his face.

"That's admitting that you do~" She sang, laughing.

He huffed and crossed his arms across his chest.

"Ethan, do you think Jax is a tsundere? He won't listen to me when I tell him and he seems to like you more than me so if you say it, maybe he won't argue."

“Ethan Don’t do it”
“Oh yeah I totally agree with you” Ethan replied, ignoring Jax completely
“Ethaaaaan!! What the fuck man!”

"Yes! I knew I wasn't the only one who thought so!" She laughed, smiling at Jax. "Sorry sweetheart, you know it's true."

“I hate both of you guys” Jax grumbled

"If you really hated me, I wouldn't be sitting here right now. I'd be dead. So I know that your statement is at least half bullshit."

“Well now I might hate you. Ethaaaaaaaan are we almost there?”
“Yeah. Jeez so impatient.”

She just rolled her eyes with a smile, settling back against the seat and staring out the window.

“How much longerrrr” Jax was very anxious apparently
“Only five minutes calm down.”

"Someone's nervous." She chuckled under her breath.

“I am not!”
“That’s actually true. Run ins with his exes are the best things in his life.”
“That is true”
“Because most of them end in hookups?” Ethan glanced back with a smirk
“THAT IS NOT THE REASON!” He screeched

"That's definitely the reason, you tsundere. It's like talking to you I have to think it's opposite day all the time."

Jax might’ve actually been blushing as he sunk lower into his seat.

She just smiled and went back to staring out the window absentmindedly.
