Lexi moved in front of Hazel and placed the blanket on top of them before backing up. "Good Night."
Lexi moved in front of Hazel and placed the blanket on top of them before backing up. "Good Night."
Hezel took in Lexi's body heat. "Good night," She whispered, wrapping an arm around the other.
Time Skip! To the morning
Lexi woke up first, detangling herself from Hazel's warm grip. She slipped into the bathroom and took a quick shower after brushing her teeth. She made a couple of pancakes before waking Hazel up.
Hazel sat up and stretched. She could smell pancakes in the distance. Getting up silently, she brushed her teeth and wandered into the kitchen. "I hope these were all for you, because I don't want to be trouble."
"Uhh, they're all actually for you, I'm not hungry now." Lexi said, hiding her hands behind her back.
"We have to share, I'm not hungry either," Hazel reasoned with a pleading look.
Lexi tried not to let herself get persuaded by Hazel but she failed. She sat down with her on her kitchen island and took a bottle of syrup from nearby and grabbed her a fork. "Okay."
Hazel took a bite and looked at Lexi. "These are fucking amazing," She said through a mouthful of pancake.
Lexi grinned and nodded, trying not to answer with her mouth completely full. The syrup was dripping off of her fork and spilling onto her shirt. "Shoot." She said, words jumbled because of the food.
Hazel laughed and used her finger to remove the syrup. "There ya go," Her mouth was empty as she swallowed.
"Thanks." She smiled, before finishing her portion of the pancakes. "I can't eat anymore. I just can't."
Hazel looked down a her half finished pancake. "Nor can Iā¦ Sorry."
"No problem. I'll just save it and eat it later eventually." She said, going to the sink to wash her hands.
She went to rinse her hands. Hazel flicked the water off and accidentally splashed Lexi with it. "Sorry," She winced.
Lexi smirked and flicked some back at Hazel, moving as she did so Hazel wouldn't retaliate.
Hazle swept Lexi's legs from under her, hoping to catch her before she fell.
"Ahh!" Lexi yelled as she fell. She expected to hit the hard ground tile but was instead in Hazel's arms. "Hey!" She pouted, turning on the sink faucet while splashing Hazel with a handful of water. Right after she did it, she ran to the living room to shield herself.
Hazel ran after her and pulled Lexi into a tight embrace. "You're trapped. Too late for you, huh?"
"No! Let me go!" She yelled out giggling, trying to get out of the armlock.
Hazel let her go, pretending to be defeated. She pouted like a scolded child.
Lexi knew that her facial expression was fake but still wanted to change the look on her face so she leaned forward and kissed her.
Hazel accepted the kiss, but still captured Lexi. Her mind was in other places,(mostly Lexi's lips); she didn't have the strength to hold her tighter .
Lexi pulled back and put her finger on Hazel's lips to stop her. Still smiling from their earlier fun. "If I keep doing that, I'm gonna be late for work."
"Sorry," Hazel pulled away. She didn't want to kill someone's career. Not today, at least.
