"I told you, she's insane. Wait until later in the game," Hazel said through the cut bars.
"I told you, she's insane. Wait until later in the game," Hazel said through the cut bars.
"Later in the game?" Lexi asked more to herself. When it was her turn again, she rolled and got a double before rolling again with another double. She wished she wouldn't get a double again like she did in her home but was unlucky. She rolled another double and groaned. "How is that supposed to work?"
"It's a big box, it can fit both of you," Ar reasoned, gesturing for Lexi to get in with Hazel.
Lexi went into the box and hugged Hazel from behind and nuzzled her head on her shoulder.
Hazel leaned into Lexi, snuggling up close. It's colder in Ar's apartment than usual, Hazel thought, using the other for warmth.
"Aww, it's you turn to finally get out the box." Lexi told her, clinging to her a bit more.
Ar heard this and butted in. "Nope, she can stay. Just don't be loud or gross," She said with a wink. Hazel smiled and hugged Lexi
Lexi kissed the top of Hazel's nose before holding on some more. She slowly got tired the longer they were in there and eventually dozed on her shoulder.
Hazel dozed off with Lexi, not realising until it had happened. Ar looked over and smiled, not bothering to wake them until the game was over.
Lexi woke up when Ar shook them awake. She yawned before stretching her arms and waking Hazel up. She looked at her watch and noticed it was past 11. "Hey, I gotta get home. I can drop you off though?" She offered, standing up and stretching her legs.
"Sure," Hazel said, rubbing her eyes. She yawned and smiled at Ar. "Thanks for having us. Sorry we fell asleep."
"It was adorable, feel free to come nap here with her anytime."
Lexi smiled while rubbing her eyes and taking her keys. She said bye to the rest of the people while heading to her car.
Hazel hugged her friends goodbye and followed Lexi to the car. "Y'know, I'm sorry if I'm overstepping the boundaries, but can I crash at your place?" She was exhausted and just needed to sleep.
"Perfectly fine." Lexi was surprised that she managed to keep a neutral tone to her voice even though inside she was bursting with happiness. Apparently that one sentence from Hazel gave her a boost of energy and she rushed to her car.
"Thank you so much," Hazel sighed. "But don't get any funny ideas," She joked with a stern tone.
"Ok, I promise." She said, putting her hands up in defense. She drove a bit faster than she did earlier, getting them there in five minutes. Once they got there, she turned on all he lights and went straight to her bedroom. She took out a spare pair of pajamas and spare bathroom stuff before giving them to Hazel. "Here. These are your basic needs and my bathroom is over there." She said, pointing to the door up the stairs to the left.
Hazel went to put Lexi's borrowed pajamas on. Is it possible to get high off of how someone smells? She thought as she inhaled. Hazel walked out to find the other.
Lexi had just finished changing into a t-shirt and boy shorts before going to look for Hazel. She saw her near the bathroom before going over. She gave her a peck before asking. "Do you need anything else?"
Hazel blushed a bit. "I don't think so. Where am I sleeping?" That was the last thing.
"Uhh," Lexi thought for a second. She didn't want Hazel sleeping on the couch because that would be bad for her back but not her either because her bed was pretty large and comfortable. "With me."
"Okay, sweet," Hazel gave a lopsided grin. "Once more, no funny ideas."
"I promise." She repeated, leading Hazel to her room.
Hazel followed her into the room and ran up to Lexi to hug her from behind. "Thank you," She whispered and climbed under the covers.
"Your welcome." She said leaning into the hug before getting in the bed. "Big or little spoon?"
"Big," Hazel chuckled at a memory.
