"That was a lot," Hazel's face was pale, a smile frozen on her lips. "But fun," She added as an afterthought. She stepped out, taking Lexi's hand.

"Ready to go?" Lexi asked, taking the hand and walking away from the ride.

"Yeah," Hazel took a deep breath. "I had fun, did you?"

"I did, of course. It's a nice change of pace from studying and work." She answered, walking towards the exit.

"Thank god," Hazel released the breath she hadn't realised she was holding.

Once they got to the exit, Lexi called over a cab. "I don't really feel like walking anymore."

Hazel nodded in agreement. "Me too."

The cab came over to them just as the sun started setting. She opened the door and got in and the waited for Hazel to enter "This was a nice distraction."

"Agreed. And thanks," Hazel moved to the far seat of the taxi and patted the seat next to her.

Lexi scooted closer to Hazel and took her hand. "No problem, I myself needed it too." She responded. "Where to?"
