" I assume you had a ruff night?" Mavi asked when she spotted and ran up to Colden.
" I assume you had a ruff night?" Mavi asked when she spotted and ran up to Colden.
"oh. Um slightly. I just woke up." Colden replied.
"Just woke up? Gosh what did you do after I had to go last night? You look like someone ran you over, not like you just woke-up." Mavi joked.
"I went to get fast food. Went back to my dorm and didn't go to sleep for several hours."
"Dang sounds ruff. I was up doing, science homework all night. Gotta keep my grads up or my dad will stop supporting me." Mavi shook her head with a laugh.
"yeah. I understand. But um I have to get to class now. I'll see you later." Colden said trying to fix his hair.
(Sorry I've been gone for so long. I'll be off and on till after march)
"Oh, alright. See ya' later." Mavi waved, her face falling slightly. though she didn't know why she was sad he just seemed to have blow her off. But some how she was.
He nodded then ran down the hallway to his class and got there just in time.
(Alright)
(bump)
(Heck sorry I thought I responded.)
Mavi on the other hand strolled to class. Taking her time even though she knew she'd be late if she didn't hurry.
(it's alright that happens to me too.)
Colden sat through the agony and boringness of his class. Thankfully not falling asleep at all during class.
It didn't take long before class was over, though while it was still going Mavi found herself getting dizzy spells. 'no trouble today.' she thought to herself. But would that really stop her? Perhaps not. After all, there was still work today.
After class Colden went to the library and study while doing some homework. He paid no attention to the world around him.
"Gosh darn it." Mavi mumbled as she stumbled down the hall, her fellow class mates and others giving her strange looks. They probably thought she was on drugs, but only if they knew the truth. They'd probably run in fear.
Mavi forced her legs to keep working as she did in dead need to do something for her father.
Colden grabbed his stuff off of the table ready to go back to his room now. He put stuff in his bag and carried a book. He exited the library and walked down the hall to the school's front doors.
"Colden!" Mavi called as she saw him ahead of her. Did she want him to see her like this? Stumbling all because she used to much of her power, and refused to take a day of rest? "How was class?" She asked as she got closer. Forcing herself to lean on the wall slightly to keep form falling like an idiot.
Colden smiled and walked over to her. "It was class. Boring as usual. What about you?" He asked standing near her. "Are you alright?" He asked suddenly.
"Boring," Mavi rolled her eyes, but was caught off guard by his sudden question. How was she to answer? Its not like she had an excuse on the spot, everyone just thought she was high or drunk. "I guess I'm a bit Hung over." She laughed, "also stayed up pretty late doing a paper for class."
"so you were drunk, but also doing a paper for class?" He said laughing. "Interesting." He said then looked around the mostly empty halls.
"Yeah. I think imma get a pretty bad grade." Maiv joined in on his laughter. Though what she found was funny was not the lie. It was rather the fact that she'd never been drunk in her life. For she had a fear of what she might do drunk. "Care to hang out a bit later?" She offered a grin.
"Sure. I'm kinda free whenever. Mostly because I have no life." He said smiling. "Also I would like to admit to you… I've never drank alcohol." He said laughing.
"Well will I be taking you out for your first drink then?" Mavi raised her eye brows challengeing him. This wouldn't be her first time drinking, though she knew she'd have to keep it light and be careful, like always of course. "Say around nine?"
"um. Sure why not. See you around 9 tonight." He replied smiling.
"Well see you then. I should probably do the rest of my homework while I'm still sober." A smile came to her lips along with a slight blush rising to her face. "Oh wait, before we part ways would you rather meet up before or at the bar?"
"Either works. Which would you rather meet at?" He asked her. Colden thought about what homework he still had to do.
